General Purpose
A Journeyman shall have had at least three years' experience or equivalent related training, and shall be qualified in one of the following branches of the trade: (a) Line Construction and Maintenance; (b) Station and Substation Construction and Maintenance includes but not limited to: Journeyman Station Wireman and Journeyman Station Meter & Relay Technician; (c) Meter Installation, Testing and Maintenance; (d) Underground Construction and Maintenance; (e) Communications Construction and Maintenance and (f) Estimating.
Responsibilities
As a JourneymanLineman you will install, maintain and repair all transmission and distribution electrical systems and associated equipment, both overhead and underground, while utilizing line trucks, aerial boom, lifts and wire pulling equipment. Maintenance of lines and services will require pole climbing, hot sticking, and working out of truck mounted bucket lifts to construct, repair or maintain line equipment or string, splice and sag wire on live or dead circuits. Operates switches, cutouts and uses grounding devices to work on de-energized lines and equipment. You may train and direct the work of a trainee in the trade.
Requirements
* A high school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A JourneymanLineman certification or testing through IBEW Local 125.
* Completion of a formal training program for a JourneymanLineman.
* Must meet examining board review of skills and experience.
* Candidate must have formal hot stick training and experience.
* Must own, or be able to obtain, a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
* This position requires a post-offer, pre-placement physical capacity screening, conducted by a licensed physical therapist, to assure the candidate meets the physical demands of the job. The screening will assess only the identified physical demands of the job being applied for.
Physical Demands
The job duties of Lineman require lifting in excess of 75 lbs from floor to waist and waist to overhead, carrying in excess of 75 lbs with both hands, and pushing and pulling in excess of 100 lbs of exertional force. Job duties of the Lineman require sustained, awkward positions/postures including bending and twisting at the waist and neck; reaching forward, to the side, across the body and overhead. Additional requirements of the Lineman position include forceful grip and pinch; manipulation of small objects; balancing on one or both legs during dynamic activities; manipulation of large objects during activities requiring balance and sustained awkward postures.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follows diagrams or blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring.
Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit.
Installs control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
Connects power cables to equipment, such as electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads.
Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components with testing instruments such as ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope.
Requirements :
High school education or equivalent and at least 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Journeyman Electrician Washington State License A+ preferred.
Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment up to 480V.
Ability to read and understand wiring schematics (ladder logic), perform PLC troubleshooting, and PLC programming.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and to work extended schedule, weekends, and any shift assigned during the fresh pack season, typically July to early November.

DUTIES: (Essential Job Responsibilities)
• Work safely
• Construct and maintain dead or energized overhead and underground transmission and distribution circuits Install and remove all types of transformers, arresters, fuses, cutouts, switches, and street-lighting equipment.
• Drive articulated boom trucks, ladder trucks, hole-digging and pole-setting equipment, and other equip ment associated with distribution and transmission work.
• Perform pole-top rescue as needed.
• Climb poles to perform work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Hot stick experience required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL driver's license.

Position Overview
The Lead Low-Voltage Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of structured cabling, custom-integrated audio/video systems, lighting controls, motorized shading, security systems, and home automation technologies.
This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The Lead Technician works closely with project managers/coordniators, clients, and other trades to deliver exceptional results in the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
System Installation
Lead the installation of low-voltage systems, from rough-in, through trim, into final installation.
Ensure all phases of work meet design specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
Technical Leadership
Serve as the primary on-site contact for project progress, technical issues, and quality assurance.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to Field Technicians to ensure team success.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the installation and testing phases.
Project Collaboration
Cooperate with the Project Manager/Coordinator and other stakeholders to plan work schedules, material delivery, and project milestones.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and requirements to the Project Manager/Coordinator.
Assist with equipment programming, testing, and commissioning to ensure full system functionality.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of installation work, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
Submit daily field reports, including job progress, equipment needs, and team performance.
Identify and document change order requests as required.
Client Interaction
