Your Specific Responsibilities:
Supervisor will be responsible for communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating employees and planning and directing employee's work. The incumbent has the authority to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline subordinate employees or effectively recommend such action. The incumbent will also be required to develop performance expectations, meet with staff regularly to discuss performance, complete performance reviews, maintain vacation and work schedules, ensuring proper coverage, and complete timesheets. Supervisor will possess strong leadership and communication skills that leads their team to exceeding performance expectations.
A hands-on technical leader who is responsible for delivering a world class support experience for users at Flagler and Volusia CHDs. Provide technical expertise, guidance and direction to team members. Establishes proper procedures for various automation functions including retrieval and recovery due to hardware/software failures, security, requests for access and procedures for use of the system. Determines proper software needed to accomplish tasks, debugs, maintains and troubleshoots as required. Develops and enhances processes to improve efficiency and boost productivity. Provide supervision to staff through training and guidance while encouraging professional growth through learning and experiences. Ensures all staff complete mandatory trainings and offered additional training. Develops training curriculum for onboarding IT staff.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing performance indicators and service desk measurement tools to ensure quality and foster ongoing improvement. Summarize, collect, and analyze metrics and trends from the ticket system. Creates, updates, and organizes techical documentation, including knowledge base content and troubleshooting resources, for team efficiency. Act as backup for inventory manager. Assist with bi-annual inventories. Conduct county annual inventory. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Record and maintain assets in the inventory system. Provide custom inventory reports.
Serves as the Information Security Coordinator and Information Custodian. Develops, coordinates and facilitates processes related to information security for Flagler and Volusia CHDs. Monitors and investigates information security incidents, reports to proper authorities, submit incident reports, and issue directives and policies on information security. Develops policies and procedures for Information Security and Incident Reporting. Serves as COOP IT (Community of Operation Plan) Coordinator which entails developing, coordinate, and maintains COOP IT documented processes for multiple county health departments.
Serves as the Data Processing Administrator's backup and assist with decision-making processes related to departmental goals, needs, and requirements. Participates in management quality auditing and improvement initiatives related to both departmental and Health Department overall issues.
Performs other related duties as required.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
* Work the implementation team to plan and complete build, implement end-to-end Epic , work command center shifts to investigate during go-live , document, and resolve break-fix tickets. Conduct and document root cause analysis. Complete any assigned system maintenance.
* Responsible for Epic software analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation as well as application support and issue resolution
* Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements

* Current Epic Beaker Certification
* 3+ years of recent experience with an implementation
* 3 years of Epic build and support

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
