DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Support Representative - Parts Key Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Communication & Support Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding parts pricing, availability, and lead times. Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions. Order Processing Process customer orders for parts on the same day they are received. Ensure accuracy in order entry and confirmation. Handle credit card transactions securely and in compliance with company policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, engineering, sales, and logistics) to gather necessary information for customer requests. Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely responses and resolutions. Issue Resolution Investigate and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, pricing discrepancies, or product availability. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline and improve customer support processes.
