Opportunity at a Glance
The Business Systems Analyst position is responsible for managing and building Registrar and Degree Audit related configuration in Banner, and DegreeWorks. This involves coordinating with Business Operations, Registrar Operations and technical teams to define requirements, assess impact, do the actual build in the system and perform testing. This position also handles day to day cases with regards to student degree audit corrections, program progress guide exceptions, scribing updates if needed, program and course configuration in Banner, and other registration-related system maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
Handle program and course build and configuration in the Banner student information system. This involves creating new courses and managing changes to existing courses (e.g. attributes, credit and bill hours, etc., updating equates and pre-requisites).
Update and correct student degree audits to ensure that students are able to see an accurate picture of their program requirements and status in both Banner and DegreeWorks.
Perform daily and scheduled production maintenance tasks and fulfill customer requests. Ensure that SLAs are met, timely updates are entered on the customer relationship management tool and related business processes run smoothly.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to Production issues, and analyze root cause to find a more permanent fix.
Maintain existing and create new program progress guides in the DegreeWorks Scribe to fulfill business requirements
Maintain existing degree audit setup in the Banner student information system.
Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverables within the due date. Provide clear and timely status of tasks and initiatives to stakeholders.
Test any system updates related to systems managed. Perform data validation and testing of new and existing Banner and DegreeWorks functionalities and technical solutions to satisfy business requirements
Develop and maintain accurate documentation to capture and communicate business requirements, process design, policy and procedures which clearly communicate with key stakeholders. Collaborate with partners to develop business requirements leading to successful project outcomes. Inform and drive innovative approaches for assigned solutions. Adheres to project methodology, change and quality management, and departmental procedures.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Contractor may include:

* Revising and editing content within the mechanical/HVAC engineering discipline for the PE exam, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the new specifications.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure all materials are up-to-date and comprehensive for the October 2025 exam changes.
* Potentially contributing to suggested study plans and providing feedback on customer expectations for study and preparation related to the Mechanical HVAC exam.
* Performing quality assurance reviews and technical reviews of updated content.
Skill Requirements
The candidate must:
* Have excellent command of the English language - both verbal and written.
* Possess an active PE Certification issued by NCEES in Mechanical Engineering with a focus or experience in HVAC.
* Have strong familiarity with the content covered in the PE Mechanical HVAC exam.
* Have exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and time management skills, especially regarding upcoming deadlines for content updates.
* Provide prompt and responsive communication, mostly by email. Occasional video chat meetings during business hours may be required.

Objective
The Regional Accommodation Coordinator is part of the team responsible for managing the accommodation resources and services available to students throughout the North America region. The Regional Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for designated portfolio of schools and will provide cover for other schools, along some general administration duties. Your collaboration with our portfolio of schools, a wide array of accommodation providers, and head office teams will be essential in evaluating and meeting the accommodation requirements of students.

Accommodation Management
* Manage and develop the provision of quality homestay and residential accommodation in the U.S. and/or Canada
* Advise the North America Director of Accommodation of any issues pertaining to residences, including concerns regarding quality or the number of committed beds
* Monitor the overall accommodation portfolio on an ongoing basis to maximize both occupancy and availability
* Ensure regional homestay capacity meets demand by generating leads, utilizing referral programs and maintaining a strong relationship with current and past hosts.
* Onboard new hosts into the program; ensure all documentation is collected, correct and stored properly
* Manage a small network of local homestay visitors in each market, ensuring all homestay hosts are visited and compliant with Kaplan's standards
* To work with the North America Director of Accommodation and relevant schools to coordinate accommodation planning and logistics for groups
Pre-Arrival Administration
* Place students in high-standard homestay and residential accommodation in multiple locations across the US and Canada

* Communicate with vendors, customer service teams, schools and the accommodations team regarding issues and changes prior to arrival.

On-Call Duties

* Always provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers in a remote capacity
