This role will focus on revising our review manual, practice problem books, practice exams, and quiz bank to align with the new PE Mechanical HVAC exam specifications taking effect in October 2025. Main Responsibilities Reporting to the Program Director, you will have responsibility for: * Oversight of the performance and day to day operations of the Program to ensure effective and efficient delivery of all student support and associated services * Building up and leading the Program's Student Success teams, with direct line management responsibility for several staff members as the Program enrolment scales up.
