Key Responsibilities:
Master Schedule (IMS) for the program, incorporating data from multiple sources such as Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) planning, program partner schedulers and subcontract schedules.
Support the management of detailed and master schedules, including analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules.
Support and participate in monthly schedule briefings on program status and program health for both internal and external customers including the executive management team
Prepare and coordinate monthly CDRL deliveries to the customer of the IMS and related documents, utilizing the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) process
Support in-person meetings approximately 1 to 2 days a week.

Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
Experienced scheduler with 10 years of experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling software, Full Monte, Milestones Professional
Proficiency with developing and maintaining one pager summary level schedules
Proficiency with scheduling processes such as using scheduling software, Confluence
Proficiency with utilizing planning and scheduling best practices DCMA 32 guidelines Comprehension of managing schedules, while analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules
Proficiency with Integrating subcontractors' schedules, and schedule risk assessments (SRAs)

What You'll Do
KBR is seeking a Certified Cable Installer with current BICSI certification to support the installation and deployment of a large-scale IoT infrastructure program. The role requires hands-on experience with structured cabling systems in accordance with NEC, ANSI/TIA, and OSHA standards. This position is critical during the Planning, Installation, and Configuration phases, ensuring quality and compliance of all cable infrastructure for sensor, network, and backbone systems.
In the role of BICSI Certified Cable Installer, your duties will include:

**Estimator Trainee**
We are seeking an **Estimator Trainee** for our client on a contract hire basis. Our client is an Aerospace manufacturing company. They provide customers with support by manufacturing their engineered parts requirements. The Estimator Trainee will learn to analyze customer blueprints, specifications, proposals, quality requirements, and other documentation to prepare time and cost estimates of parts for the aerospace and military, as well as other industries. The right candidate will show a capacity to quickly assimilate and understand the implications of new developments and be ready to respond appropriately to situations as they evolve. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based out of Corona, CA. Monday - Friday. 7:00AM - 3:30PM.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must be a self-starter & self-motivated with a minimum education of High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Good computer skills and knowledge of computer software (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.).
+ Previous cost estimate software experience is preferred.
+ Excellent attendance and punctuality are expected.
+ Typing minimum of 25 wpm.
**Job Duties:**
+ Analyze drawings, parts lists, and other data to determine manufacturing requirements.
+ Consult with outside suppliers. Compile and review request for quotes.
+ Prepare cost estimates used by management for purposes such as planning/organizing/scheduling work, preparing bids, and determining cost effectiveness of make/buy analysis.
+ Responsible for producing timely, accurate and complete estimates.
+ Display awareness of competitive market and cutting-edge manufacturing processes as well as our established manufacturing processes.
+ Make recommendations to improve the manufacturing process.
+ Other duties as requested by area lead and/or management.

**Job Description**
This position is contingent upon contract award
Manages project operations and personnel within assigned area of responsibility. Manages, plans and coordinates project operations to deliver effective execution and ensure that project objectives are achieved in accordance with all project parameters including schedule, quality, technical requirements and financial performance. Ensures project compliance with contractual requirements. Evaluates project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing and resource plan for each phase of the project. Provides direction, manages project activities and resolves problems to ensure project execution. Establishes project practices and procedures as appropriate. Coordinates project status and operational activities with other sites, military contacts and senior management. Provides technical guidance and operational support to project personnel. Ensures proper documentation of project data and provides timely, accurate management reports as required. Other duties as assigned.
**Basic Job Requirements**
+ Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
+ Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
+ Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
+ Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
+ Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
**Other Job Requirements**
+ Experience in Oil & Gas industry with refinery project experience
+ Jobsite experience and understanding of safety programs
+ Requires five (5) years of experience as project engineer or project specialist, or a project role of significant capacity such as project controls lead, contracts lead, etc. and three (3) years experience as a design or construction engineer on projects
+ Project or area management experience in international locations and diverse cultural environments is recommended
+ Demonstration of successful performance as Project Manager on one (1) small job or assistant Project Manager or a significant role on a medium sized engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) projects
+ Completed all required in-house project management courses in addition to courses obtained from university or other qualified sources
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good understanding of project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfaces
