We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Fire Protection Practice Leader to lead our Fire Protection discipline in the mid altantic region. This person will drive business growth and elevate our market presence. This leadership position blends technical expertise, operational leadership, and strong business development and marketing acumen to expand our client base, strengthen service offerings, and position the firm as a premier provider in the fire protection engineering and consulting market.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership and Management:
Lead the Fire Protection practice, including technical delivery, staffing, performance management, and long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

**Qualifications**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

**Job Description**
AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Water Resource Engineer/Task Leader to join our Transportation Business Line preferably based out of our Conshohocken or Philadelphia, PA office with other possible locations of Mechanicsburg PA or NewarkDE. In this position, you will work directly with our staff and clients to deliver waterway permitting, erosion and sediment pollution control plans, stormwater management design, hydrologic and hydraulic studies and highway drainage design. Experience with PennDOT, as well as the PA Turnpike, PADEP, DelDOT and other Greater Pennsylvania agencies is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will perform the following duties, but will not be limited to:
+ Lead, prepare or review detailed design deliverables such as calculations, reports, models, permit applications, construction drawings and specifications.
+ Advise project teams on technical issues, perform deliverable quality reviews, assist with annual performance evaluations, support the professional development of junior engineers, assist with reporting project status and responsible to deliver elements of design within the project schedule and budget.
+ Coordinate interdisciplinary design elements with other task leaders and/or group managers.
+ Utilize modeling software applications for efficient design and coordination.
+ Enhance client relationships as it pertains to our water resource capabilities.
+ May assist with staffing and business development.
+ Mentor engineers and designers within the group, both locally and throughout the Greater PA area.
The Greater Pennsylvania (GPA) Water Resources (WR) group at AECOM is made up of approximately ~25 diverse and driven team members including engineers, designers, drafters and managers with experience levels ranging from college intern up through senior leaders who all work collaboratively to teach, learn and deliver our projects both externally to our clients and internally to our respective interdisciplinary team leads. Located throughout the Greater Pennsylvania area with offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Conshohocken, Mechanicsburg and NewarkDE we work cohesively as one unit to not only prepare work of the highest level of quality, but to also continually develop and evolve our team.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering plus six (6) years of relevant water resource engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Professional Engineer (PE) license
+ Experience with water resources design software (Microstation In-Roads, Microstation Open-Roads, StormCAD, HydroCAD, Pondpack, HEC-RAS)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 8 years of relevant water resource engineering experience
+ Experience with PennDOT, as well as the PA Turnpike, PADEP, DelDOT and other agencies is highly desired.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

KCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Diver to lead underwater inspection and engineering projects across our infrastructure portfolio. As a PM6-level role, this position requires a seasoned professional capable of managing complex, multi-faceted projects-both above and below the waterline.
This role blends technical project execution, client leadership, and business development with a deep (literally) understanding of dive operations, safety, and inspection protocols. You'll be responsible for driving high-impact results while leading field teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with industry and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead all phases of underwater inspection and marine engineering projects, including bridge, dam, and waterfront structures.

* I-81 RECONSTRUCTION (Avoca, Moosic, and Scranton, PA) - Urban Interstate reconstruction including mainline widening, 2 interchanges being fully reconstructed including ramp realignments, intersection improvements, right-of- way coordination, and structure coordination for 15 bridges along mainline and ramps.
**Qualifications**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering plus six (6) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, with highway transportation projects located in the United States
+ Professional Engineering License (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain reciprocity/comity based on active licensure in another state

This is a hybrid position with a combination of office and field work, performing bridge load rating analysis and hands-on inspection of bridge structures throughout the region. is actively seeking an experienced, exceptionally talented wetland scientist or ecologist for hire in the Conshohocken, Philadelphia or Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania offices. The successful candidate will work within an interdisciplinary collaborative environment that provides career growth opportunities within AECOM's Environmental Planning and Permitting (EPP) East Mid-Atlantic Team. This position will include performing environmental field assessments and reporting for wetlands and waters delineations, invasive and rare, threatened, and endangered species surveys, as well as mitigation and monitoring. Our EPP Mid-Atlantic team primarily works on projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, however project opportunities in other states may be available.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Serving as the senior technical lead and field team leader for wetlands/waters and other field surveys and serving as the technical lead for the associated reports.
Leading/originating Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404/401 permitting and impact assessment for federal, state, and local permits, including application preparation and coordination with the clients and reviewing agencies.
Conducting detail and/or technical review of ecological assessment documents, CWA Section 404/401 permitting, or other associated industry reports.
Assist with task management according to approved scopes of work and delivering quality reports on schedule and within budget.
Coordinating and leading conversations with various governmental agencies (federal/state/local, etc.).
Coordinating with AECOM teams such as cultural resources, threatened and endangered species experts, civil engineers, and other project support teams.
Serving as a technical lead for environmental, biological, and other impact assessments.
Leading stream, wetland, wildlife habitat field assessments and other surveys by supporting and training junior staff.
Assisting senior project managers with business development activities, including proposals, pre-qualifications, and relationship building with clients and prospective clients.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Environmental Science, Ecology, Environmental Studies, Biology, or related field +4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
US Citizenship required.
Valid Driver's License and as a condition of employment must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.
Wetlands Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Wetland Scientist or other relevant certification.
4+ years of demonstrated experience leading and performing wetlands/waters delineations, stream assessments, and other related field surveys.
Proficiency in permit application preparation experience in multiple states in the mid-Atlantic area (i.e., CWA Section 401/404 permits), supporting data collection and review, and preparation of scientific documents including wetland delineations stream assessments, technical reports. ORAM, HHEI, QHEI certificate of training or extensive experience/knowledge to lead these assessments in the field.
Experience in performing ecological assessments for natural gas, electric utilities, and/or renewables industries.
Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software and mapping tools.
Technical writing experience specifically for environmental impact and assessment studies, and/or FERC resource reports, and/or NEPA analysis preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical writing (a writing sample may be requested).
Safety training (i.e., CPR certification, OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hours)

(Philadelphia, PA) - Replacement or rehabilitation of seven bridges between 30th Street and Suburban Station. Project includes traffic control, 3D modeling and construction phasing, stakeholder and 3rd party coordination, construction scheduling and bid services.
US-22 RECONSTRUCTION
(Allentown, PA) - Urban interstate widening from 4 to 6 lanes. Project Includes bridge replacement, interchange reconfiguration, stream relocation, sound barriers, safety improvements, traffic control, and utility coordination.
I-81 RECONSTRUCTION

candidate will delegate tasks to less experienced engineers and provide technical guidance and support to those individuals. As a professional engineer licensed in Pennsylvania, they will use prior experience with publications, manuals, and processes considered standard to PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, City of Philadelphia, and/or SEPTA.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Develop design criteria, horizontal and vertical alignments, superelevation, barrier/guiderail design, and spot elevation details

Prepare signing and pavement marking plans and details
