Patient Service - answer all incoming phone calls, maintain a detailed knowledge of all medical marijuana products in order to educate and advise patients and caregivers on types, methods and effectiveness of medical marijuana products. Assist patients in placing orders via menu ordering platform. Sales floor - assist patients in way finding throughout the dispensary, including connecting patients with onsite Pharmacist team, location of order pick-up, ATM, canpay options, educate patients on product and accessories options. Surveillance - Monitor computer-based surveillance systems.
