The Client is an industry-leading company driving innovation in pharmaceutical quality control and analytical development. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader within QC, supporting the life cycle of chemistry methods, method development, validation, and transfer activities. You will also perform suitability testing on compendial methods and support non-commercial stability testing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Act as a subject matter expert for QC, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.
+ Support Analytical Development in method development, validation, and transfer.
+ Perform complex testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
+ Mentor QC analysts on documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting.
+ Lead method transfers and evaluate new technologies for QC implementation.
+ Collaborate with Analytical Development to ensure validated methods meet commercial QC needs.
+ Support investigations and provide technical guidance.
+ Review and write scientific documents with clear, accurate content.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation (HPLC, FTIR, GC, UV-Vis, etc.).
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures.
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and good documentation practices.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline (Master's preferred).
+ 6+ years of experience in QC pharmaceutical analytical labs with advanced method development expertise.
+ Proficiency in analytical instruments such as HPLC, FTIR, FTNIR, GPC, GC, and UV-Vis.
+ Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and compendial methods (USP, NF).
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to train analysts and lead projects.
+ Ability to interpret complex analytical procedures and calculations.

+ Laboratory setting with exposure to solvents, biohazardous materials, hazardous waste, and pharmaceuticals.

**Platform & Product Expertise:**
- Maintain expertise in Solidigm-specific network security platforms (e.g., Panorama, NP Extranet, ai SSD), browser integrations, and licensing schemes, supporting operational SOPs and driving troubleshooting and integration improvements.
**Incident Response & Troubleshooting:**
- Own and participate in root cause analysis, session table clearances, and non functional error remediation, demonstrating thorough knowledge of day-to-day troubleshooting SOPs.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Expertise in network and security architecture design, including:
o NGFWs, VPNs, SD-WAN (Prisma Access), segmentation, proxies, and hybrid connectivity
o Network automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python)
o Routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS
o DNS/DHCP/IPAM (Infoblox), SSL/TLS, PKI, SSO/SAML/OAuth
o Cloud networking (Azure, AWS, GCP) - transit gateways, VPC/VNet security groups, private endpoints
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) models.
- Strong vendor management and contract governance experience with Managed Service Providers.
- Experience applying AI and automation in operational network management, security analytics, and policy optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to translate technical strategy into business impact.
**Education and Certifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in network security, infrastructure engineering, or equivalent f ield.
- 3+ years of experience in architecture-level leadership or MSP oversight. -

o Cisco CCNP/CCIE Security
o Palo Alto PCNSE
o AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Azure Network Engineer Associate
o CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification
