**Position Information:**
- Perform machine make-ready procedures, loading plates, ink, coating, and board to start each production cycle.
- Control and adjust machine functions and settings, including speed, ink, and water levels, to ensure optimal operation.
- Verify raw materials against job docket specifications, inspect printed sheets for quality, and document production and quality issues.
- Conduct regular cleaning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot issues to maintain press performance and appearance.
- Maintain accurate records and logs for production, quality, approved, and defective units.
- Assist with press operation during Feeder Operator breaks and perform other assigned duties as needed.
**Required Experience:**

Microbiology Technician

**Microbiological Testing** + Perform microbiological assays on a variety of sample types, including raw materials, production intermediates, finished products, and environmental monitoring samples. **Data Analysis & Documentation** + Ensure the accuracy and integrity of test results through careful calculation, interpretation, and recording.
+ Conduct peer review, identify technical issues or atypical/out-of-specification results, and participate in investigations to resolve discrepancies or instrument malfunctions.
+ Use electronic documentation systems (LIMS) to manage, analyze, and archive laboratory data.
**Laboratory Operations**
+ Schedule daily testing assignments and coordinate workflow to support efficient lab testing and review activities.
+ Prepare and maintain media, buffers, reagents, and keep the work area clean and organized.
+ Support technical and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
**Qualifications:**
+ BS or MS in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline.
+ 0-1 years' relevant experience in quality, preferably within the bio/pharmaceutical industry.
**Skills and Abilities:**
+ Basic knowledge of quality control principles and laboratory procedures.
+ Practical proficiency with microbiology laboratory techniques (aseptic technique, sterilization, inoculation, gram staining, etc.).
+ Ability to interpret and document test results in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs; Experience with LIMS preferred.
+ Capability to recognize and troubleshoot technical issues, with guidance from

The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse inventory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, and logistics teams. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform daily **inventory cycle counts** with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Pull, stage, and organize materials for production and work orders.

+ Support logistics coordination, including scheduling and communication with drivers.
