Serena & Lily is seeking a Sourcing Associate to join the Sourcing team. The Sourcing Associate supports day-to-day sourcing activities. This role involves working closely with external and internal teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective development and execution of products while maintaining quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

COMPENSATION:
$75-86k per year is the anticipated starting base pay for this role. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this role. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: experience, education, and skills.

Gathers articles from departments and supports the review of the company quarterly newsletter, when needed. Contributes to award submission materials and monitors award submission requirements and deadlines and ensures that all award submission requirements are met.
8. Reviews and provides updated material for the company website, for newly awarded projects and current progress photos and new/updated project descriptions on a semi-regular basis.
9.Collaborates with the VP and Chief Estimator on the communication with the owner on potential opportunities and submitting technical clarifications. Job Summary:
The Health Services Coordinator serves on the health services team supporting the overall operations of the department through a variety of administrative and clinical functions as directed by the Director of Health Services (DHS). The Health Services Coordinator preserves dignity and promotes independence for each resident while providing care and services according to each individual service plan and in accordance with MBK policy and procedure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct and coordinate assessments / evaluations of potential residents and make recommendations for admission in accordance with current rules, regulations, and community policies and procedures that govern resident assessment.
Draft initial individualized Service Plans and update as needed.
Review service plans with responsible parties and Executive Director as requested by DHS.
Ensure continuity of the assisted living residents' total care regimen.
Under the direction of the DHS, provide training and education as needed on a range of essential topics including competent medication delivery, acceptable treatments, safety protocols, emergency procedures, accurate record, and state requirements to provide the best possible resident care.
Perform all assigned duties accurately and timely including required documentation.
Serve as a medication technician, if needed.
Provide coverage of job duties within the department during absences, either through assistance in finding coverage, or personal completion of duties.
Check vital signs as directed and look for signs that health is deteriorating or improving.
Perform basic nursing functions such as treatments, medication delivery and managing resident emergencies ensuring residents are comfortable, well-fed, and hydrated.
Maintain adequate inventory of resident care supplies and demonstrate a commitment to minimizing waste of supplies and equipment.
Coordinate prescription orders with doctors' offices and manage pharmacy delivery of medications including oversight of the central storage, tracking and delivery of medications, and ensuring Medication Administration Records are completed according to company policy and State regulations.
Aid in the community marketing effort through positive interactions, acting as a liaison between the community, and families/outside health service providers.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Understand and comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations, and all company policies and procedures.
Promote a spirit of teamwork and open communication in accordance with the MBK principles and core values.
Perform other job duties or special projects as assigned or requested by the Supervisor or Executive Director.
Education Requirements:
RN, LVN or LPN License that is active and in good standing is essential; adherence to all requirements to maintain license including CEU completion and timely renewal.

With decades of trusted service in the Central Valley and beyond, we're now expanding our footprint in Napa Valley - and we're looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Inside Sales professional to help us grow.
Position Overview
As an Administrative Assistant / Inside Sales team member, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Napa Valley operations. This is a hybrid role combining administrative coordination, customer service, and inside sales. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office organized, managing customer communications, and driving new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Serve as the first point of contact for Napa Valley customers (phone, email, walk-ins)
Schedule service appointments, manage technician dispatch, and coordinate installations
Prepare and maintain customer files, job documentation, invoices, and permits
Process purchase orders, track inventory, and assist with office operations
Support regional managers and technicians with day-to-day needs
Inside Sales
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads
Prepare estimates, proposals, and product packages for residential and commercial clients
Maintain and update CRM with customer data, quotes, and status reports
Provide knowledgeable support on product offerings and service plans
Collaborate with the outside sales and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and proposals
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or inside sales experience (alarm, low voltage, or construction industry preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience a plus
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Knowledge of security or fire alarm systems a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person
