Founded ALTURA, a business process outsourcing company focused on critical employee-based processes for multi-unit operations. ALTURA was acquired by Century Business Services, Inc. in 1998.

Prior to his career as an entrepreneur and executive, Moore worked as a software developer and consultant for a variety of companies including: Texas Instruments, General Dynamics and Rockwell.
