The Business Analyst/Technical Service Analyst partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to support and optimize Salesforce and nCino solutions within a commercial lending environment. This role is more technical than a traditional BA and focuses on requirements gathering, troubleshooting, solution design support, testing, and demonstrations as the organization transitions from legacy commercial lending systems to nCino.
