Compensation for this position

The Sr Manager, Service Sales is managing all sales processes, providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives and meeting or exceeding the operating territory's business objectives. You will lead the service sales colleague activities related to building and maintaining current customer loyalty and expanding the existing portfolio. This role has a direct reporting partnership with the General Manager of the Washington DC office.
On a typical day you will:
Partner with and support the Washington DC General Manager in all areas of service sales to develop and implement the operating territory service sales business plan for both financial and non-financial objectives
In partnership with the General Manager and Sales Enablement teams, build the operating territory's service sales plan while managing standardized sales processes and sales management tools to be applied
Expand customer portfolio and unit count while providing best in class partnership and support leading to the growth of business and increasing continued customer loyalty in service and repair
Through strategic sales representative assignments and building strong relationships, you will foster and sustain meaningful commercial relationships with all customers and consultants
As the Service Sales Manager, you will lead the resolution of all customer issues within your operating territory as the key point of escalation including collection efforts and contractual disputes
Develop a keen sense for key prospective customers within the operating territory and manage all accounts regarding any at risk or cancellations
Coach, mentor, and develop your team of Service Account Managers through aligned and clear sales goals and continued performance directly tied to targets and sales KPIs
What you will need to be successful
Bachelor's degree highly desired, with 5 years of elevator industry experience or in another service-oriented business.
High school or equivalent, plus 10 years of relevant experience
5+ years B2B sales experience
Prior people leadership experience
Possess overall knowledge of products and product applications; service techniques and procedures; ability to understand financial statements; legal awareness to contract terms and conditions.

What You Will Do:
Be the go-to fix-it expert - Complete maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, handling tasks like electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
Keep things cool (or warm!) - Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems to keep residents comfortable year-round.
Tackle repairs big and small - Fix showers, sinks, appliances, doors, cabinets, walls, and building exteriors.
Stay ahead of the game - Schedule and complete preventive maintenance to avoid issues.
Handle minor pool maintenance - Keep community pools clean and safe.
Work with contractors - Help monitor outside vendors to ensure quality work.
Maintain community curb appeal - Assist with light landscaping, trash pickup, and sidewalk cleaning.
Prepare homes for new residents - Make units move-in ready by completing necessary repairs.
Prioritize safety - Report any safety issues to your supervisor immediately and follow all safety regulations.
Take on special projects - Be ready to help with additional maintenance tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Team:
Skilled in repairs - Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry.
Knowledgeable about HVAC systems - Experience with HVAC maintenance.
Effective communicator - Able to interact professionally with residents, coworkers, and management.
Reliable and flexible - Available for emergency repairs and able to work weekends and evenings if needed.
Ability to perform physical tasks - Able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy items, distinguish colors, and hear safety alarms.
Collaborative attitude - Works well with others and contributes to a positive environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience in facility maintenance
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Sr. Manager, New Equipment Sales to lead a high performing team within the NE- Atlantic Operating Area (OA). The Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and measuring all new equipment sales processes, providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives and meeting or exceeding the Operating Area's business objectives.
Your Leadership Impact
Oversee sales strategy including integration of sales growth; pricing analysis and market segment share objectives for assigned Operating Territories
Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones to increase sales, awards and bookings
Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, general managers and Operating Territory leaders to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives
Nurture relationships with existing key customers; consultants; general contractors and be responsible to help develop new ones

What you will need to be successful
5+ years of sales experience required
Prior people leadership experience required.
5 years of elevator industry experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree required

**XR Clinical Applications Specialist - req1569** This position is the project manager for the final implementation for clinical applications training of a CMSU modality with the customers. After the sales and installation is complete, the Clinical Applications Specialist takes charge of the process, and works with the doctors, nurses, and technologists at each facility to maximize their proficiency and satisfaction with the CMSU products they have purchased. This position plays a critical role in gaining, maintaining, and increasing customer satisfaction with our products and services.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Pay Information: Min $78,600 to Max $126,500**
+ **Requires 80-90% nation wide travel.**
+ Be the project manager for the final step in the implementation of a specific CMSU diagnostic imaging modality at each location.
+ Develop the training plan and manage the training process and presentation for the doctors, nurses, and technologists at each location to assure their best utilization of CMSU products and services.
+ Consult with physicians and clinicians regarding best clinical practices (e.g., work flow, image acquisition, protocols, image quality, etc) to maximize each customer's satisfaction with CMSU products and services.
+ Determine whether client needs additional training or development and preparing additional training as determined by need.
+ Maintain contact as the key clinical contact person for CMSU at each facility for follow-up and additional training needs.
+ Complete site reports documenting the daily training details.
+ Provide Pre/Post Communications for both internal and external customers.
+ Maintain technical and clinical proficiency.
+ Diagnose and resolve problems affecting system performance and image quality.
+ Escalate any unresolved issues pertaining to system performance and image quality.
+ Work with service engineers as needed.
+ Complete Alerts and PCR's when applicable.
+ Provide mid-week update to Applications Management and local Canon Team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
