Within Analytical R&D the candidate will join the Project, Outsourcing, Business Systems group. This group supports the organization in the development of analytical methodologies and strategies needed to progress biotherapeutic products in the pipeline. The role will encompass essential sample handling and office support for the department. The candidate will have multiple responsibilities, and they must be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and last minute requests. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Reconcile laboratory equipment list with actual location and equipment · Labelling and tagging equipment in preparation for upcoming building move · Maintaining accurate user lists and accounts for external partner access · Monitoring internal training records for external partners · Updating and Maintaining Sharepoint site and associated documents/links · Assisting with sample management, distribution, and shipping both domestically and internationally · Ordering Capital and general supplies TECHNICAL SKILLS: · Attention to detail, strong organizational skills in order to start and complete a task · Effective interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities · Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, and computer literate enough to quickly learn new systems · Ability to comply with sample handling safety instructions · Excellent documentation and organizational skills · Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is desired, but not required Qualifications What is the minimum education experience required?: Required & Preferred: Associates degree with 3 years' experience Will consider Bachelors with 2 years exp.
