Temp Working in the shop moving material , spraying items to finished , using a pressure washer to hose down parts to prepare them for finishing paint coating. Plugging the holes in the parts and taping off the parts so paint does not get into those areas , sending parts down the line to the next process of material handling . This is a coating assembly line for parts ordered by clients and company's parts are finished washed and paint coated or protective coated to dry and package and send off to the clients. employees are responsible to keep area clean or any non working debris follow order of the line report on time and take breaks only as advised.

Skilled Laborer - Heavy Civil Construction 🏢 Company: Gregory Construction Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is looking for Skilled Laborers to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support heavy civil and mission-critical projects such as data centers, with opportunities to use and grow skills in pipe handling, grading, underground utilities, and concrete. What You'll Do: Assist with site prep, excavation, trenching, and backfilling. Support crews with underground utility installation and concrete work. Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment safely. Keep job sites organized, clean, and safe. Work as part of a team to meet project goals and deadlines. Required Qualifications: Previous construction experience (pipe handling, grading, utilities, or concrete preferred). Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, teamwork, and commitment to safety. Preferred Qualifications: Experience on mission-critical or data center projects.
