Typical Job Responsibilities: Arrive at a customer's home, introduce yourself, and obtain pre-authorization signatures if needed. Be mindful of the customer's property and yard throughout the service. Gather the necessary tools, locate and dig up buried septic tank lids as needed (some may be 2-3 feet deep). Run a 30-150 foot vacuum hose and pump out the septic tank. Inspect key components of the tank before covering the lids. Accurately complete service forms, collect payment, and enter details in the tablet. Communicate clearly with the customer and office. Provide top-notch customer service with a great attitude-a smile goes a long way.
