**Job Title:** Clinical Operations Lead

**What You'll Do**
+ Design and implement programming to support quality care, focusing on end-to-end operations and driving projects to completion (ex. Diabetes management program)
+ Act as a clinical operations escalation point for key internal stakeholders
+ Analyze performance data and develop frameworks for continuous improvement processes, including how to prioritize with business objectives in mind
+ Drive continuous improvement across quality, safety, and provider experience

**Requirements**

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operators to assist with a short-term packaging project in Warehouse 5 (WH5). This operation is completely segregated from standard packaging and warehousing areas and involves the kitting and packaging of sealed vials containing non-controlled medication.
This is a straightforward One-Piece Flow operation; each worker performs a specific task to ensure consistency and accuracy. No prior experience or specialized training is required.
Project Details
The medication being packaged is non-controlled and sealed; there is no exposure to open products.
Operations occur in Warehouse 5 (WH5) with full supervision and oversight by AHP staff.
3 AHP full-time employees will always be onsite to monitor and escort temporary staff.
Each day, a total of 7 temporary workers will be scheduled.
2-3 permanent workers per agency
2 backup workers per agency (if backups are not used, they receive 2 hours of show-up pay)
The project is expected to run approximately 3 weeks or less, depending on production needs.

Perform assigned packaging and kitting tasks accurately and efficiently following One Piece Flow processes.

Form parts utilizing CNC Press Brake equipment, assuring quality and productivity
Using inspection devices to inspect parts according to print and product inspection plan. Spot-check quality of work by periodically, and visual inspection
Measures work, using rule, gauges, calipers and templates
Will be trained to learn set-up procedures on simple to moderately complex parts
Determine correct tooling to form parts to specifications based on material type, thickness, bend radius, and part geometry.
Generate programs at machine controller on simple to moderately complex parts.
Know and enforce all safety rules and regulations.
Responsible in reading and interrupting blue-prints
Making small, mathematically calculated, angle and dimensional corrections
Orienting the part correctly according to projected view on blueprint
Follow all safety rules and remain safety conscious at all times by understanding safety requirements in every area, and complying. Provide suggestions for improvement.
Following Press Brake process standard operating procedures
Process improvement ideas are always welcomed
Accurately entering quantities of production pieces and inspection results into the computer

What Are the Requirements of the Job?
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds regularly, stand for the entire shift, bend, squat, twist and turn.
1 or more years of experience as Brake Press Operator required
Ability to read router packets, understand and follow all instructions given.
Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings
Advanced knowledge of brake press operations is a plus
Familiarity with the use dial calipers square and various measuring equipment
Basic math knowledge
The ability to organize and motivate people to accomplish goals while creating a sense of order and direction.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
