Jordon and his wife Abby have lived in the Rochester area since 1990. Both graduated Hobart and William Smith College in Geneva NY. They have two daughters, Morgan and Rachel. Jordon has been employed by Lifetime Assistance Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 1990. After serving as Deputy Supervisor for the Town of Chili since January, 2009, Jordon was elected to the Town Board for a four year term begining in 2012. Other appointments incude: Chairman of the Town's Comprehensive Plan Committee from 2008-2011: member, Rochester Regional Advisory Board for Excellus Blue Cross/Blue Shield; Roberts Wesleyan College Council of Leaders; President of the Gates-Chili Chamber of Commerce (2009-2012); former member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and former Chairman of the Architectural Advisory Committee. From 1999-2003 Jordon served on the Paul Road Elementary School Improvement Team. Since 1994, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Genesee Region Home Care and Hospice (AKA Lifetime Care) and currently serves as Chairman of its Finance Committee. Since 2001, Jordon has served on the Board of Directors of the New York State Rehabilitation Association (NYSRA). Recently, Jordon was appointed by the State of NY to serve as a member of the Region 1 Mortality Review Board. From 1994 until 2002, Jordon served two consecutive four-year terms on the Monroe County Community Services Board by appointment of the County Executive. In 1983, he was appointed by the Mayor of the City of Geneva to its Human Rights Commission and was elected to serve as Chairman from 1985-1987. Jordon has also worked as a consultant, conducting training programs in four states on the following topics: Supervision and Leadership; Training for Investigators in Conducting Serious Incident Investigations; Weighing Evidence; and a training program for managers and clinicians at a large mental health facility in Identifying and Preventing Abuse.

Crap pay, potential to be mandated on doubles and triples, management, CEO doesn't know dsps worth, added work with no incentive or pay raises, relief staff get treated like crap.

What do you like best about Lifetime Assistance's CEO and the leadership team?

Absolutely nothing. They don't appriciate those of us who bust our rears to provide exceptional care to our individuals.

How would you improve Lifetime Assistance's culture?

Better pay, more willing to allow extra staff at houses to help out, firing staff with several complaints, get rid of lazy staff and reward hard workers, leadership should have to come work in houses (our pay) a couple times a month to know what it's like to get paid like crap and worked to death.
