Essential Functions: Verify and examine information and accuracy in loan approval package. Must be within Loan Policy Guidelines In Compliance with different Regulations HMDA HOEPA Reg B Reg Z TRID Verify Property Taxes Set up Escrow accounts Prepare loan documents within Laser Pro both application disclosures and closing packages. Prepare loan documents for Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) and maybe responsible for having the mortgage recorded. Board loans into the core system including building out collateral for each loan. Set up loans (if needed) on Auto Debit from internal accounts or external accounts. Prepare loan file to be scanned into the electronic imaging system. Assists with correcting exceptions found in loan files by Loan Review. Assist with payment corrections and payment research. Waive Late Charges approved by the Officer. May be responsible for setting up One-Time ACH payments. May be responsible for posting and/or verifying Electronic Loan Payments. May be responsible for reviewing daily reports and process corrections as needed. Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the essential functions of the position. Conduct UCC searches and file UCC Statements. Type and book letters of credit. Prepare Title work for DMV. Orders title work from attorney's office or title companies. Request flood certificates. May have the authority to sign official checks. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize your work load. All other duties assigned.
