Responsibilities
Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
Performs standard vehicle maintenance
Performs preventive maintenance
Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision
Replaces defective components as instructed
Works unsupervised on most tasks
Performs facility maintenance duties
Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available.
Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT).
Acts as mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents.
Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support
SBTIII trained within 180 days (SBT220)
Complete 2 of the OEM On-Line diagnostic scan tool software courses as required by location fleet mi. (predominant OEM of fleet mix completed within 365days)

Keep a log of all work performed in the community
Complete periodic training to safely work with hazardous chemicals. Be familiar with and comply with the Companys Hazard Communication Program Use and move heavy equipment.
Safely operate a variety of power tools and hand tools
Follow lockout procedures of energy isolating devices whenever maintenance or servicing is done on machines or equipment.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with coworkers, managers and community residents.
May assist with new home installations including connecting sewer and water lines, affixing skirting, and building/installing decks.
The position includes all other responsibilities that may be necessary to fulfill the duties associated with the position or as may be assigned.

As a Line Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture a variety of plastic containers. This role is critical to ensuring the quality of plastic bottles and containers through the operation of advanced blow molding and extrusion machines. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to learn, is detail-orientated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate equipment in the finishing stages of bottle production
Ensure product quality by inspecting for visual defects and removing non-conforming items
Pack finished products for distribution
Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Enhance skills through diverse training and on-the-job learning opportunities
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Basic computer skills
Demonstrates an eagerness to learn
Proficiency with basic hand tools
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations
Shift & Pay:
1st Shift: 7am-3pm ($17.00/hr)
2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm ($19.50/hr)
3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am ($19.00/hr)

LUBE TECH RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Perform oil/filter change and tire rotation in a timely manner, as outlined by the manufacturer
Perform a thorough multi-point inspection on every vehicle using an iPad
Must be able to properly identify and record the following;
Fluid leaks, Brake measurements and wear patterns (pads, shoes, rotors, drums) Tire tread depth measurements and tire wear pattern, malfunction indicator lights, Preventative maintenance requirements, malfunctions and deformities in hoses, belts, bushings, gaskets, etc… Make proper recommendations for repairs
******ALL service/repair recommendations require photo/video evidence of the concern
Open communication with advisors, parts, other technicians, office staff, and management
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Positive work ethic
Motivated
Success oriented
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license with a positive driving record
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Able to do heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
