Key Responsibilities: * Lubrication Maintenance: Apply proper lubrication practices to pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors, and drum dryers to minimize wear and extend equipment life * Lubrication Management System: Utilize Lube-It, SAP, or similar system to track lubrication schedules, maintain documentation, and ensure proper execution of lubrication tasks * Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Conduct oil analysis, grease sampling, and lubrication inspections to detect contamination, degradation, or improper application * Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and address lubrication-related failures, working closely with maintenance and reliability teams to implement corrective actions * Oil & Grease Application: Select and apply the correct lubricants based on OEM specifications, environmental conditions, and equipment requirements * Ultrasonic-Assisted Lubrication: Utilize ultrasonic technology to monitor and optimize grease application, ensuring bearings receive the correct amount of lubrication and preventing over- or under-lubrication. * Filter & Reservoir Maintenance: Maintain oil reservoirs, change filters, and ensure lubrication systems are functioning correctly * Equipment Inspection & Reporting: Perform routine inspections of mechanical systems and maintain accurate records of lubrication activities * Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment * Operate lubrication equipment such as grease guns, oil cans, and automatic lubricators * Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures related to lubrication, handling, and storage of oils and greases * Collaboration: Work with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to enhance lubrication best practices and improve equipment uptime
