Brian Perronne is a Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, Development at Lucile Packard Foundation for Children s Health and is based in Palo Alto, California. He has worked as Director, Young Alumni and Student Development at Stanford University. Brian attended Stanford University between 1988 and 1992 and Loyola High School between 1984 and 1988.

I joined the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health as chief of staff in 2020. I work across teams to operationalize the organization’s vision to unlock philanthropy and achieve greater organizational excellence and efficiency. As the organization's people leader, I am committed to engendering an inclusive culture and nurturing talent to improve outcomes.

Prior to the Foundation, I spent over a decade in advancement working for some of the top academic institutions in the world. I guided and contributed to engagement strategies at the intersection of development and alumni relations to further the school's reputational and philanthropic objectives.

I am adept at leading teams and facilitating large-scale, strategic projects often shifting between the big picture and small-but-crucial details. I value excellence, transparency, accountability and a beginner’s mind.

I graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, and I am a proud Penn State alumna.
