Hand-sweep, shovel, and/or wheelbarrow as directed. Operational assistance as required in production, bagging, warehouse, and shipping areas. Other duties as required to maintain an efficient operation. Clean up material and return to proper ore piles, containers, and/or trash area as directed. Work in a neat and orderly manner and minimize loss. Communication/Other Duties Maintains good housekeeping. Follows all company and customer safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Job Details Entry Bremen Plant - Bremen, GA $18.10 - $19.90 Hourly Second/Night ShiftMachine Operator- 2nd shift (2:45pm-12:00am) Operates one plant machinery as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures to produce a superior product. General Purpose: To efficiently operate one machine at standard efficiency levels in order to fulfill daily production requirements. Position Responsibilities: Read and Perform Authorized LOTO as outlined for machine. Operating in a safe manner. Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements. Communicate daily with Team Leader or Shift Supervisor on any changes or issues that may impact quality or machine efficiency. Sets stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule or templates. Observes machine operation to detect product defects, machine malfunction and waste. Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance assuring product meets quality requirements. Performs routine machine maintenance. Ensure product specification, HACCP, label verification and other quality measures are in compliance. Ensure any machine deficiencies, cases per hour, and other parameters are noted on the communication board. Communicate with oncoming Machine Operator.
