Responsible for the end of day cleaning and sanitation of the production areas and supporting equipment assigned on SSOP's, food safety, and following Good Manufacturing Practices protocols. Completes all manufacturing paperwork, record and scan seasoning usage, Manage data entry in Redzone in an efficient and accurate manner.
