The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Manual MachineOperator to join our production floor. You'll work with manual lathes, mills, grinders, and ProtoTrak systems to bring precision parts to life. From set-up to final inspection, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality our clients expect.

The Opportunity
The MachineOperator is responsible for the proper and safe operation of different machinery used in the processing and packaging floor, while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The MachineOperator must follow and adhere to all company process procedures and controls. The MachineOperator will report to and work closely with the Production Manager and Production Lead on shift.

MachineOperations:
Operate Processing and Packaging Equipment: Operate various processing and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Product and Package Changeovers: Perform changeovers on equipment, labelers and date coders following procedures.

Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Job Descriptionmachine operator / cage welder Essential Job Functions/Duties:
Must make safety a top priority
Operate control station
Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order
Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement)
Inspect wire cages / reinforcements
Supply machine with necessary components to make product
Meet production schedule numbers
Produce quality product
Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete machineryOperate a forklift and or crane to supply machine
Experience in machineoperations, welding, maintenance, or Quality control preferred
This role requires strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
