Tasks such as crane operation, machining, assembly, grinding & cutting, drilling, washing and other duties as assigned. **How You'll Make an Impact** + Set up and operate abrasive flow machines and component cleaning machinery to process precision parts. + Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications to determine machining operations. + Use sandblasting, cleaning, and washing techniques as required for blade processing. + Measure and visually inspect completed parts to detect defects and ensure conformance to manufacturing documentation. + Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of machining equipment used in mounting, weighing, drilling, and finishing product. + Operate a heating oven and install parts for the lightning receptors. + Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. **What You Bring** + Highschool diploma or equivalent + 1 year experience with hand tools, power tools, machining + 2 years of crane experience preferred + 3 years forklift and/or heavy equipment operator experience would be a plus (you will be required to be forklift certified after hire) + CNC programing experience preferred Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
