Job Description: This position is responsible for the operation of tools and equipment in a variety of customer work sites for the purpose of providing industrial and/or environmental cleaning.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Arrive at branch or jobsite on time, in uniform, properly groomed, mentally alert and physically able to work.
Operate MPW vehicle (car or van).
Set up jobsite including water blast hose, or vacuum hose.
Use equipment such as, water blast gun, water lance, dry vacuum hose (6”and 8”), wet vacuum hose (6” and 8”), shovels and picks.
Strictly adhere to MPW Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
Cleans equipment prior to return to MPW branch location.
Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Skills:
Ability to carry/lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves heavy manual labor.
Ability to maintain alertness and acuity that is not typically impaired by any medication, diet, or physical condition.

This role is responsible not only for operating fiberglass molds, but also for creating, modifying, and maintaining molds, including working with CNC-machined tooling.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with fiberglass composites, mold construction, and CNC-supported manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Build, modify, and repair fiberglass molds, plugs, and tooling
Prepare molds by cleaning, inspecting, and applying release agents
Lay up fiberglass materials (mat, cloth, roving) according to work instructions
Mix and apply resins, gel coats, and catalysts per specifications
Monitor curing processes and adjust parameters to ensure part quality

Trim, grind, sand, and finish fiberglass components to specification

Mechanical fabrication of modular control buildings from custom steel bases to wall/roof assembly, and full fit out with doors, HVACs, etc.
Proper layout of mechanical equipment within modular building.
Assemble mechanical equipment per WM standards and engineered drawings.
Assembling, installing and mounting electrical and mechanical equipment and components in a neat and professional manner within modular control buildings.
Ability to visually locate components and determine proper clearances, etc.
Properly label and document component identification and location.
Assist with preparing assembled equipment for system testing procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized production area on a daily basis.
Reviews BOM (bill of materials) to assess equipment receipt and readiness for project assembly.

Job Summary
The Packaging Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate packaging and labeling of all products. Working within a team environment, the Packaging Technician maintains the chain of integrity of our premium cannabis products from processing to customers and patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs accurate filling, packaging and labeling of all products ensuring compliance with company, local and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
