Supporting production by monitoring processes, ordering inputs, loading materials, inspecting materials, and performing quality inspections to release product.
Operate automated production converting, molding, assembly, and packaging equipment.

The role of the Production Worker II is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking or cut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
General:
Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals.
Ensure product conforms to specifications.
Prevent and minimize rework and/or inedible.
May require working on taping machines, shrink wrap machines, pallet jacks, trash and recycling compactors.
Perform standard operating procedures of production and inspection functions as directed.

Load meat racks, push meat trucks from one area to another, visually monitoring meat for quality.
Maintain accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Ready to Eat:
Count and place packages in appropriate caddies, maintaining accurate records, washing and sanitizing carts, racks, and trucks.
Handling finished product, placing it continuously in trays or assembly lines to be shipped to our customers.
Making pallets by stacking boxes onto pallets, preparing the pallet with cardboard wrapping, manually shrink wrapping, and pulling/pushing pallets with manual pallet jack.

are Monday - Thursday, 3:30PM - 2:00AM.
In this role you are responsible for safely operating the burnisher machines while maintaining established quality standards, work schedules, and deburring of parts for further operations.

What Success Looks Like:
Cleans overflow baskets and screens as necessary to keep burnishers in good operating condition.
Responsible for attending work on time and for scheduled hours each day.
Maintains accurate production records and resolves shop order discrepancies.
Moves parts to and from burnishing locations.
Run the burnisher for required time and removes burnished parts; properly sets unloading gate so separator and dryer are not overladed.

Ability to handle several instructions at once and prioritize tasks.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. on a frequent basis.
The hourly wage for this position is $18.50 per hour and $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned machine operator with a strong mechanical aptitude who is eager to transition into the print industry. About the role
The Extruder Operator is responsible for the setup, startup, operation, shutdown, and teardown of the extruder and related equipment. Extruders are the key machinery in our operation they combine, cook, and form our food products in one continuous process. Operators must perform minor trouble-shooting during operation, refer serious issues to appropriate personnel, and monitor and maintain consistent product quality. Extruder Operators also utilize a basic computer system and keep detailed paper records.
Key responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
Set up extruders including screw profile assembly, die inserts, pumps, cutters, and calibration of dry and liquid feeds using Company-issued hand tools.
Startup extruders according to strict protocol and under supervision.
Operate extruder including record keeping, basic product quality tests, trouble-shooting, and monitoring the flow of raw materials inputs.
Assist with detailed cleaning activities in Processing as well as other areas of plant on a regular basis. This can occasionally mean entire shifts of cleaning duties.
Deliver a clean, well-ordered work area to oncoming replacement.
Make minor adjustments on the machines.
Shut down machinery.
Tear down and clean machinery.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum Qualifications
