About the Position: Rowe Casa is looking to add to our production team, in our curing department! As a member of the production team you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. Production is the heartbeat of Rowe Casa and is where the majority of our products are made. This position is currently Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (with the occasional Saturday), but will be changing to a rotating 4x10 schedule starting May 5, 2025. This position is located in New Boston, TX and will report directly to the Curing Supervisor.
