What you'll do:
Staging
Printing of set-up bill of materials and staging on assigned presses.

Working under the guidance of the lead operator the Treattarome operator will perform various duties involved in the production of Treattarome intermediate materials (WIP) and finished products. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Locate and pull product and raw materials in a timely and efficient manner
Upon approval of the lead operator, off load raw materials from shipping vehicles. Depending on the mode of transport, offloading will be done by hand, forklift or pumps and hoses.
Load product ingredients into blending tanks using hoses and pumps.
Prepare raw materials for initial processing. This includes manually loading materials on to conveyer belts, using knifes to cut material and using a forklift to dump drums of material.
Move and manipulate ingredient containers as necessary to complete the blend process. This includes moving and lifting 50 pound barrels on a regular basis.
Sanitize all blending tanks and equipment using mildly caustic cleaning agents. This includes climbing
Use a forklift to transfer raw material from initial processing equipment to staging tanks.
Perform still start up procedures. This includes connecting hoses and opening valves.
Monitor and document still reading, and sounds to ensure proper distillation.
Perform aromatic and visual evaluations of materials and notify lead personnel of any production problems.
Produce product samples for QC testing and analysis.
Dispense intermediate, distilled materials into various types and sizes of storage containers.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing drum trailers.
Weigh and measure materials using both standard and metric systems.
Properly label material containers and update necessary documentation.
Appropriately store finished materials in cold rooms, freezers and warehouse locations. This includes use of a forklift for storage of drummed and bulk materials.
Perform standard cleaning and sanitation processes as directed by lead and supervisory personnel.
Maintain a clean and tidy work area free of trash and debris at all times.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

We operate in a fully air-conditioned facility, daytime shifts Monday-Thursday ("4/10" schedule) with overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays. We are currently seeking Production Operators - Bond/Mask who are interested in building components essential to aerospace, defense, medical and commercial applications. Employees perform routine and/or repetitive operations in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures or methods. As a Production Operator - Bond/Mask you will assemble, disassemble, bond, mask, and repair electronic assemblies in a flexible manufacturing environment in accordance with standardized processes, procedures or methods. This position may require frequent movement throughout the manufacturing operation.
What a Day Looks Like:
Bond and masking electronic circuit boards to class 2 and class 3 requirements in accordance with J-STD.
Solder/bond and coat and install components, wires, and adhesives on PC Boards.
Read and work from assembly processes, procedures, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Assemble circuit boards in accordance with standardized processes, procedures, and methods.
Work with mechanical and/or electrical assemblies involving fixed indicating meters, in-circuit test/functional test, marking machines, jigs & fixtures, packaging, wire cutting, stripping & twisting equipment, various types of fastening devices involving power operations, hand tools and gauges (fixed, micrometers, calipers, rules).
Assemble and/or repair printed wiring assemblies (pwa), subassemblies, instruments, and final assemblies of various components utilizing a wide range of tools, work processes and skills to approved documented procedures/specifications.
Perform ICT and Functional testing on various products.
Crimp pins, using both hand and semi-automatic crimping tools.
Use heat guns to install heat shrink and/or solder splices.
Strip wire using thermal, hand and semi-automatic strippers.
Perform light mechanical assembly duties.
Perform inspection of your work and the work of your co-workers.
Record time and quantities on daily production logs and time sheets.
Read and work from assembly processes, procedures, engineering drawings and specifications.
Identify and document problems on assemblies and suggest solutions.
This position typically works under general supervision and direction.
Performs other assembly duties as required.

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Manufacturing Technician II supports, measures, and guides daily and weekly manufacturing operations through the conversion of raw materials into finished products at a medical cannabis facility. The Manufacturing Tech II ensures the production schedule and facility compliance in their assigned manufacturing area. Activities may span the entire manufacturing cycle of cannabis products, from botanical preparation to final product packaging. The ideal candidate will excel as a team leader with expertise in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing and solid attention to detail. The role demands heavy amounts of documentation, supervising personnel, and time management. Duties are completed individually and in small teams, under the indirect supervision of Manufacturing Tech IIIs and Supervisors. The position is structured around a required training program and expected function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
