What You'll Get to Do:
Disassemble, sandblast, paint, repair, assemble and test launcher hardware.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Read and follow drawings, quality provisions, directives, safety procedures, documentation and other instructions with strict adherence to procedural compliance.
Qualify and maintain license to operate pendant controlled cranes, trucks and forklifts.
Good communication skills and basic computer skills required.
Work with ordnance strictly following all applicable safety and security regulations.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain ordnance worker qualification and have the ability to lift 40 pounds.
Basic Qualifications for the Repair Technician 2:
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance
Experience reading engineering drawings and diagrams
Experience with hazardous materials usage, storage, disposal (i.e. solvents, adhesives, paint, etc)
US Citizenship
Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting and obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance after starting

Position Summary
Our Associates perform a crucial role in driving our novel cell therapy programs by supporting routine manufacturing operations. Learn and execute Cell Therapy Manufacturing operations
Perform patient process unit operations and complies with operations described in standard operating procedures and batch records

Escalates any/all issues that may impact safety of self and/or others.
Complete documentation required by governing controlled documents and batch records
Perform all tasks in a manner consistent with the safety policies, SOPs, quality systems, and GMP requirements

Train for proficiency in process systems and some supporting business systems

Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter. Production Worker / Shavings Baler Operator Responsibilities:
Assist and operate various packaging equipment
Work in close proximity of machines that compress wood by-products generated from mill operations or like manufacturing processes
Open compression chamber doors, facilitates placement of bags and removal of bales from packaging equipment
Record bales weights and keep records of daily activity per company standards
Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment
Requires ability to learn and preform standard setups, adjustments, routine maintenance and operating characteristics of all packaging equipment
Forklift certified or able to obtain forklift certification to perform basic forklift duties time to time required by the company
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Production Worker / Shavings Baler Operator Qualifications/Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing and production line experience preferred
Must possess good eye, hand and foot coordination
Will need to concentrate for extended periods of time and multi-task

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manufacturing Technician (Assembly) to join our 2nd shift production team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong focus on quality and passion for customer fulfillment.
Pay range is $23-$28 per hour (+12% shift differential), which is the general base range for a successful candidate in the State of Washington. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as skills, qualifications and experience.

Job Duties:
* Responsible for the assembly and production of prepped component, subassemblies, and finished goods parts, while using a microscope and a variety of equipment. Grinder, rubber wheel, satin wheel, bead blaster, micro blaster, armor press, steamer, etc.
* Daily use of hand tools, power tools and fixtures.
* Build product following all GMP guidelines and training.
* Adherence to all standard operating procedures, drawings and polices.
* Meet takt requirements as outlined in the job router
* Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, guidelines

Experience / Minimum Requirements that you must have:
