RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Engineer, you will:

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant specializing in JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne 9.2 with deep expertise in the Design-to-Deliver (DTD) workstream.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the configuration, optimization, and validation of JDE DTD modules during the upgrade and implementation lifecycle.
Lead functional design workshops, document requirements, and translate engineering and manufacturing needs into JDE system solutions.
Provide guidance on product structure design including phantom BOMs, multi-level BOMs, engineering routings, and process flows.
Master Data Management
Oversee and execute master data cleansing, preparation, migration, and validation activities for product and manufacturing data.
Establish data governance standards, naming conventions, and processes for ongoing data quality improvements.
Partner closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain stakeholders to align on product lifecycle and change control processes.
Engineering Collaboration
Work directly with engineering teams to validate product structures, routings, costing models, and engineering change requirements.
Ensure proper integration of Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO) processes with JDE functionalities.
Testing & Deployment
Develop functional test scenarios, support SIT/UAT execution, and assist in resolving defects related to PDM, BOMs, costing, and routing.
Support cutover planning and go-live readiness including master data migration validation, issue resolution, and hypercare support.
Training & Documentation
Create and maintain functional specifications, process flow documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support for global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a JDE ERP Consultant with strong concentration in JDE EnterpriseOne Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with JDE 9.2 is required; experience in global upgrade or rollout programs is strongly preferred.
Deep subject matter expertise in:
Product Data Management (PDM)
Bills of Material (BOM), including phantom BOMs

As a Senior Standards Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to provide Standards Engineering support for Substation Engineering & Operations projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and value is delivered for PGE customers and ratepayers. You will plan and provide engineering expertise in a broad range of assignments related to all types of substation equipment and materials. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engineering Standards: Maintains currency in state-of-the-art engineering practices and provides guidance and direction on engineering processes and standards to colleagues when requested.
Applies knowledge of substation design standards, including equipment specifications, substation layouts, construction practices and materials, design tools, techniques, regulatory requirements and applicable state and federal codes; provides technical guidance and support to other engineers or third-party contractors.
Engineering Production: Prepares a variety of complex engineering deliverables for larger or multiple projects; coordinates multiple discipline activity.
Develops and provides quality assurance reviews of engineering solutions that meet technical requirements, all applicable codes, regulatory requirements and follow sound engineering practice. Analyzes and completes complex substation material and equipment specifications and studies, providing data and recommendations regarding technical matters to management. Creates new standards and work practices. Develops, revises and implements substation material and equipment specifications, leads standards review meetings and obtains input and technical data from various technical stakeholders, leads development of complex standards and provides technical support and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Project Coordination: Actively coordinates with other internal/external team members on moderately complex projects, including representing the team to interdepartmental and external (regulatory) stakeholders.
Plans, develops and coordinates Substation standards projects with complex design, construction, operation, maintenance or testing elements in support of engineering and construction needs; provides accurate capital budget and job estimates. Considers supply chain impacts.
Knowledge Sharing: All Engineering - Serves as a technical specialist and provides consultation/guidance to project teams in a particular practice area; actively fosters knowledge management and provides mentoring; implements resource management strategy.
Develops training content on new design standards; trains designers, field technicians and less experienced colleagues on new substation standards; provides technical training to department and company through internal training program.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATIONS
Education
Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering or related field. ABET-accredited engineering program or program accredited by an equivalent agency preferred.
Experience
Typically five or more years in engineering, or four or more years in related field with PE license.
Certifications
Professional Engineering (PE) license strongly preferred; may be required based upon role.

Compensation Range:
$84,450.00 - $166,625.00
Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity.
