About the Role: The Co-Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for working with several Co-Man locations across the US producing 150 kqli a year (25 million $ worth of business). They will contribute towards cost saving measures at 3rd party locations, responsible for monitoring performance of the supplier to contract obligations and executing packaging sourcing strategy to optimize packaging costs and mitigate risk. Additionally, they are responsible for ensuring 3rd party quality principals are followed. Working closely with the Production Planning team to ensure packaging and bulk materials are available for Co-Man and act as a liaison between 3rd party employees, Production Planners and Ferrero Management team. Main Responsibilities: * Organizing: on a weekly basis maintain an excel spreadsheet with SKU production start dates and track all relevant deliveries to meet the start date; schedule and lead meeting with 3rd parties and internal stakeholder to get deliveries completed (which include: BOM official document, final quotation, cost approval by management, materials availability, etc.) * KPI report: on a weekly basis maintain an excel spreadsheet with 3rd parties and SKUs KPI; look for KPI out of tolerance and work with 3rd parties and Ferrero management to get all KPI within the tolerance range. * Obsolete material management: monthly scrupulously review obsolete materials reports received from 3rd parties or internal departments, work to reduce the amount/value of materials to be wasted, get necessary paperwork completed (COD and scrap order) and instruct 3rd parties or internal departments to dispose materials and get them removed from SAP * Review invoices/billing for the prior week to ensure accuracy and help if there are issues submitting invoices. * Inventory alignment: on a weekly basis pull inventory report from SAP and check inventory alignment against reports provided by 3rd parties; schedule and lead meeting with 3rd parties and internal stakeholder to analyze discrepancies' root cause and reconcile them * Production declaration alignment: on a weekly basis pull production declarations report from SAP and check alignment against reports provided by 3rd parties; schedule and lead meeting with 3rd parties and internal stakeholder to analyze discrepancies' root cause and reconcile them * Understand processes and propose improvements or new way of working * Attend and discuss the results of pertinent audits and develop any corrective actions necessary * Work with each co-man to understand their available capacity line process detail and troubleshoot production line layouts for efficiencies and quality concerns Who we are looking for: * Bachelor's degree in business or related field (highly preferred) * 2-3 years of relevant, hands on experience in a similar manufacturing environment * Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions * Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables * Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents * Ability to learn new software platforms * Highly organized; analytical with strategic thinking skills * Ability to work well with others in cross-functional teams Compensation Data The base salary range for this position is $60,000- 84,000 annually. In support of our growth and new market opportunities, the Company is seeking to hire a Engineering Lab Technician II to support our Decatur operation. This role is a mid-level position that builds on the foundational skills related to automotive technology, HVAC, electronics, and general lab testing. This position involves more complex technical tasks, including advanced instrumentation, test operations, and equipment calibration. The Engineering Technician II is expected to work safely, independently, resolve issues, assist test engineers, provide accurate test results, and contribute to process improvements within the lab. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain certifications (e.g., MACS 609, ASE xEV Level Two). Maintain clean and uncluttered workspace, ensuring well-organized tool carts and cabinets. Follow 5S guidelines. Perform system recovery/charging, system flushing, and good understanding of refrigerant properties (SubCool, SuperHeat). Work with high voltage systems and wiring power supply. Perform advanced instrumentation tasks with thermocouples, pressure transducers, RTD, accelerometers and flowmeters. Perform OCR measurements. Install/update recipes in PC and PLC Operate calorimeter and assist system bench setup. Perform equipment calibration and generate reports. Conduct advanced NVH measurements (sound pressure level, vibration, sound power). Perform advanced calibration tasks on EC and Belt-driven durability test benches. Perform advanced fabrication tasks, including sheet metal work and electrical wiring. Work on advanced vehicle systems (powertrain, cooling, electrical/charging). Perform troubleshooting and advanced equipment maintenance and repair. Proficient in CAN Bus protocol and basic PLC operations. Requirements Key Qualifications 2-4 years of automotive experience or in a related field required. Intermediate knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, and DAQ systems preferred Intermediate understanding of refrigerant air conditioning systems. Advanced fabrication, electrical, and mechanical skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with PLCs and CAN Bus protocol. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
