About the role
A Packsize Machine Technician will install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment solutions onsite at a designated customer's facilities. They must be a creative problem solver with the ability to identify, analyze, maintain and repair complex mechanical equipment and answer difficult customer questions about product features. A Machine Technician will perform start-up testing and deliver customer training on product capabilities, features and general maintenance of the product. They will build and maintain a strong, trust-based customer relationship with their assigned customer(s) and will work closely with other supporting Packsize team members to provide exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
Scheduling tasks at a customer's job sites
Troubleshooting issues, quickly and effectively, using technical drawings and documentation
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams
Performing routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise
Analyze customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to identify new or ongoing machine performance issues resulting in problem-solving and machine maintenance
Continuous learning, including the customer's operational processes, packaging designs, technical specifications
Installation of Packsize solutions and training others to use and maintain it
Basic clerical and administrative duties, including timely reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, writing detailed technical reports, etc.
Responsively and productively communicate information and ideas with Packsize and customer's personnel so they will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Adhere to all Packsize and customer's safety requirements, and safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity
Excellent work ethic and time management skills
Machine Operation
Clearing jams, loading Z-fold, changing labels, changing bander paper and adding glue to the machine.

WE are looking for a Quality Control Technician/ UL 508A MTR to join our team. CMA is a UL508A certified electrical panel shop where we build OEM electrical panels for a wide variety of customers and industries. The Quality Control Technician/UL508A MTR is accountable for achieving quality goals, maintenance records of calibrated tools, staying up to date with UL standards, scheduling efficiencies and the oversight of quality to the department supervisor weekly.

Essential Job Functions:
· Working from complex blueprints and electrical schematics / diagrams perform final inspection and testing of control systems to customer and regulatory requirements.
· Testing Energized Electrical Control Panels
· The ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
· Possesses analytical and troubleshooting abilities in order to identify and correct the root cause of product test failures.
· Provides technical assistance to the Quality Control department.
· Works closely with Design and Manufacturing Engineering personnel to establish documentation required for the manufacture of quality products.
· Interact with other department heads and management to resolve issues that may arise during the Inspection / Test process.
· Provide training to lower-level Inspectors as well as production personnel to minimize defects and product repairs.
· Attend meetings as required and implement any action items that may be assigned by management.
· Complete projects that may be assigned to assist with process improvements and the Quality Management System.
· Maintain accurate records regarding tested products.
· Assist in the design and manufacture of test fixtures.
· Assist with documenting test procedures.
Requirements:
· Complete and pass UL 508A MTR course and certification (cost covered by CMA)
· Degree or technical certification in an electrical discipline
· 3 - 5 years' experience in an electrical testing environment
· Must be able to read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
· Proficient with the use of electrical test equipment (Hi-pot tester, meters, power supplies, transformers, and other electronic test devices)
· Excellent attention to detail, focus, and quality
· Knowledge of electrical industry standards (NFPA 70, UL 508A)

The Engineering Technician IV serves as a critical technical resource supporting the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Tennessee. This role provides field-based engineering assistance to NRCS staff across designated Area and Field Offices. Technicians are responsible for conducting engineering surveys, assisting with project implementation, performing construction inspections, and supporting documentation and compliance efforts. The position plays a vital role in advancing NRCSs conservation mission by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe execution of engineering tasks in diverse field environments
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engineering surveys and inspections for conservation projects
Assist with project documentation, implementation, and reporting
Operate and troubleshoot surveying equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations)
Develop and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D
Maintain accurate construction diaries and compliance documentation
Ensure adherence to NRCS specifications, OSHA safety standards, and environmental regulations
Travel to field sites and other NRCS offices across Tennessee as needed
Communicate effectively with NRCS staff, contractors, landowners, and regulatory personnel
Work Environment
Fieldwork in varied weather conditions and terrain
Exposure to construction sites, water bodies, agricultural areas, and CAFOs
Use of ATVs/UTVs after certification
Office-based tasks including data entry, reporting, and coordination
