Compare materials and finished products against specifications, drawings, and quality standards. Record inspection results, defects, and nonconformities in the Quality Management System (QMS). Support root-cause investigations and assist in implementing corrective/preventive actions. Maintain calibration logs and coordinate equipment calibration schedules. Assist with internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Operations Administration Provide administrative support for production scheduling, work orders, and operational documentation. Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, forms, and controlled documents. Track operational KPIs and prepare reports for leadership review. Coordinate communication between operations, quality, procurement, and other departments. Support onboarding documentation and training record tracking for operational staff. Manage inventory records, data entry, and transaction accuracy within ERP systems. Documentation & Data Management Prepare inspection reports, deviation reports, nonconformance documentation, and audit files. Ensure accurate and timely data entry for quality events, production records, and inventory transactions. Maintain organized, compliant document control systems. Assist in digitalization and process standardization efforts as required. Continuous Improvement Participate in AS9100 and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative or quality processes. Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical/administrative certification preferred. 15+ years of experience in quality, operations, production admin, or related roles. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data-entry systems (ERP experience is a plus). Ability to read and interpret specifications, technical drawings, or work instructions. Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment Combination of office and production-floor environments. May require occasional physical tasks depending on inspection duties. Use of PPE as required.
