Must be able to pass a medical exam that includes screening for TB, as required by Federal and State regulations, to be free of communicable disease, and must have received the following vaccinations: (MMR) Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Tetanus if not current, to assure no significant risk exists to the health or safety of others
Must obtain a CPR, first aid, and food handler's certification within six weeks of hire
Must complete Child Development Association Certification (CDA) within six months of hire. Maricopa County will pay for CDA courses and testing fees for the certification. On-site coaching and support and paid time to work on courses and other certification requirements will be available
Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish may be required for some positions
The position follows a part-year, 10-month work schedule that is from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Work is performed in a classroom, playground, and office environment as assigned and is subject to change based on the program's needs

About the Position
The Senior Title and Leasing Specialist provides advanced technical support to the Maricopa County Real Estate Department (RED) - Infrastructure Property Management Division. This position is responsible for researching, interpreting, and managing complex property records to determine land rights and ownership interests. Application Tips
Working in a multidisciplinary environment with Law Enforcement, Department of Child Safety, Medical Forensics, Victim Advocates and other service agencies, this position provides support and feedback to the Forensic Interview team including consultation and training of team members and partners and coordination of peer review. The position will also conduct forensic interviews of children in a timely, neutral and developmentally and culturally appropriate manner for the Pinal County Family Advocacy Centers and assist complex investigations with other Federal, state, and regional Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) under basic supervision.
* Actively participate in the interviewing and hiring process and ensure the successful on-boarding of new forensic interviewers.
* Monitor service delivery to ensure quality standards and best practices are adhered to, reporting progress and challenges back to the FAC Supervisor.
* Provide constructive, balanced, regular feedback to the forensic interviewer team.
* Develop plans to address identified gaps, challenges and barriers in the forensic interview team
* Stay current on quality standards and best practices in forensic interviewing, child abuse, trauma informed practice and service provision.
* Develop and present training programs on a variety of specialized topics as needed.
* Facilitates quarterly peer review and provides updates on current research
* Attend training for ongoing education and career development as needed
* Oversight and coordination of the forensic interviewer on-call schedule
* Provide support to the FAC Supervisor in developing and implementing programs and goals for the Dedicated Forensic Interviewers.
* Conduct objective forensic interviews of children who are alleged to have been victims of abuse and neglect, or witnesses to crimes utilizing the Arizona statewide interview protocols of a semi-structured cognitive interview process.
* Develop rapport with caregivers and children when families visit the FAC.
* Conduct a thorough pre-interview with caregivers to obtain background information and information on the child's communication and developmental functioning.
* Observe and evaluate the child's emotional and developmental functioning before and during the forensic interview and structure the interview to best meet the needs of the child while obtaining information.
* Operate audio and visual equipment to record interviews.
* Provide weekend and after hours forensic interviews on an on-call basis.
* Document activities in the case management system.
* Provide court testimony as needed regarding interviews conducted.
* Compile and report monthly activities and statistics.
* Act as a representative for the FACs in public presentations and media communication.
* Inform the FAC Supervisor about relevant developments in the child abuse field and other relevant developments possibly impacting the FAC.
* Help ensure accreditation standards are maintained at the FACs with regards to forensic interviews and interviewers
* Maintain the integrity, professionalism, values, and goals of Pinal County by assuring that all rules and regulations are followed and that accountability and public trust are preserved.
* Maintain HIPAA compliance and absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records and restricted County information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sports Complex Assignments: Assist with daily operations of sports complexes, providing exceptional guest services to tournament promoters, league participants, and recreation programs. Maintain safe, clean, and presentable sports complexes.
Athletic Field Rover: This assignment is a driving position where you travel to multiple parks to monitor athletic fields, help educate park users, and lock parks at closing time each evening. This position has shifts on weeknights as well as day and evening shifts on weekends. Rovers must be comfortable speaking with individuals, working independently and predominantly in the evenings.
PHXteens Program: Lead Teen participants ages 13-17 by providing various teen related recreational programming, events, and fieldtrips at 10 PHXteens sites located in community centers and/or other facilities. Adaptive recreation staff are responsible for indoor and outdoor activities related to the field. Knowledge and experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
Mobile Recreation Unit : Programs themed in sports; STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math); Music, Arts & Culture and gaming to teens and pre-teens in a park setting. Scheduled hours will be Monday-Friday, some weekends, and holidays. Required availability 2:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Recreation Center Assignments: Will support recreation programs within community facilities to assist all ages and abilities. Positions described below will determine assignments for each role.
* Parks & Recreation Aides: Are entry level positions that perform recreation work. General assignments may include cleaning and setting up for special events; performing custodial work such as cleaning restrooms and sweeping floors; providing clerical support; helping with various recreation programs such as arts and crafts, dance classes, social events, group games, and physical and sporting events and instruction; and policing of park grounds.

* Coordinate and prioritize climate projects, conducting bi-annual greenhouse gas inventories including conducting consumption-based inventories.
* Conduct research, develop strategies, and lead grant writing efforts to enhance program funding from public and private resource.
* Report on program progress to City leadership, partners and community members and act as a liaison between the City and other public and private local, state, and federal entities dealing with the development of climate action policies and programs.
Examples of tasks assigned to this position include the implementation of the City's Climate Action Plan along with tracking progress on goals in that plan; Annual disclosure through the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) for the city; and coordinating with local, regional and worldwide partners for effective climate action.
The Climate Program Manager will lead the development of program-specific content for websites, newsletters, presentations and other materials; designing and facilitating active, equitable community engagement efforts; facilitate community engagement and participation including workshops, webinars, and meetings with bilingual support and translation services.

Application Tips
Perform professional reference, outreach, and technological library services for the citizens of Pinal County, identify and promote the use of emerging and existing technologies, collaborate with affiliate libraries to provide innovative library services, provide training and workshop opportunities for affiliate library staff in order to better serve the residents of Pinal County, update, maintain, and promote professional library collection, and promote the library programs and services offered to affiliate libraries and the community under limited supervision.
* May plan, coordinate, and review the work of assigned staff.
* Update, maintain, and promote professional collection, evaluate databases, assist affiliate libraries as needed with selecting materials for their library.
* Develop and manage special projects such as promoting book club books and professional collections to affiliate libraries, participate in planning and promoting other educational and community programs sponsored by the library, conduct community outreach, and promote libraries within the community and plan and present the annual Summer Reading Program.
* Consult with affiliate library staff on a variety of issues such as writing new policies and revising existing policies, assist with problems that arise within the library, and collaborate with affiliate libraries in collection development and resource needs.
* Serve as quarterly newsletter editor, create materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters for libraries as well as for a variety of events throughout the county, work with designers on projects such as brochures or posters and provide up-to-date information on current events or scam alerts.
* Develop, plan, and conduct training and workshops, provide training for library staff, and develop, coordinate, and host workshops and training for library staff and a variety of library patrons.
* Review, evaluate, write, and implement successful grants and continually review and search for additional grant opportunities that would benefit the Pinal County Library system.
* Provide customer service and reference service as needed, respond to reference questions for the public that come into the office, answer reference questions for affiliate library staff, and respond to requests for information from inmates.
* Provide technical support to affiliate libraries, generate reports for affiliate libraries, respond to system questions, assist with social media creation and implementation for affiliate libraries to provide to Pinal County residents, research, review, test, and evaluate the newest technologies, implement new web services, and maintain library district website.
* Performs copy and original cataloging and authority control, manages cataloging and technical services-related special projects.
* To promote and adhere to the workplace values of accountability, commitment, and teamwork to help enrich lives beyond expectation.
* Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records, and restricted County information.
* Perform other related duties as required.
* Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* One (1) year of library experience.
* Master's degree in Library Science is required within one (1) year of hire.
* Arizona residents must have an Arizona Driver's License upon hire; newly established Arizona Residents must have one within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional librarian experience in a library system.
* Knowledge of library principles, practices, methods and materials.
* Knowledge of library reference and collection resources.
* Knowledge of automated library information systems.
* Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and statistical databases.
* Skill in conducting collection research and assessments for collection development.
* Skill in developing and conducting training and workshops and/or in facilitating meetings.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other affiliate library staff, management, outside agencies, community groups, and the general public.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is light and requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force to move objects. The work also requires the ability to finger, handle, reach, perform repetitive motion, hear, speak, operate motor vehicles, and demonstrate mental and visual acuity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Application Tips
Provides attorney support and guidance in areas of mitigation, treatment, rehabilitation, and sentencing/disposition alternatives including development of individualized plans for clients. Provides assistance to attorneys in developing defense strategies for clients.
* Interviews client/family and interested parties to assist in the development of treatment/sentencing plans.
* Establish ongoing rapport with clients, family, and other witnesses in a culturally competent way that overcomes barriers those individuals may have against the disclosure of sensitive information.
* Identify, obtain, and analyze anecdotal and documentary evidence relevant to a client's life history and development.
* Assess clients' and witnesses' mental health, and describe mental health symptomology.
* Conducts assessments of juveniles and adults to identify issues related to mental health, intellect, substance use/misuse, trauma, multigenerational patterns of behavior.
* Make suggestions regarding treatment and disposition.
* Identify what alternatives to incarceration may be more appropriate to a case.
* Presents and/or submits reports to the Court under the supervision of the assigned attorney when requested.
* Locates residential treatment and outpatient treatment programs as a resource for clients.
* Networks with individuals and community agencies for access to social, educational and employment resources.
* Assists clients with reintegration into the community.
