Logs information in computer. * Ensures parts/materials are properly stored, identified and comply with Shelf Life programs. * Expedites past-due repair and purchase orders for critical spare requirements. * Maintains awareness of Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUP) to prevent entry of SUP into Company inventories. * Performs shipping functions of both hazardous/non-hazardous material using a variety of options, including creating and delivering counter to counter shipments for air transport. * Reviews the computer system daily for open requisitions to determine if requested parts/materials are still needed and to cancel/delete outdated requisitions. Conducts inventory cycle counts. Accurately reports discrepancies. * Works with different departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to support the organization. * Conducts monthly self-audits including shelf life, hazardous shipping files and various FAA audits. * Maintains tooling needed to perform maintenance tasks. * Maintains a secure, clean and orderly stockroom per Company policies and procedures and FAA requirements. * Ensures compliance with hazardous materials/dangerous goods regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's). Follow all safety procedures. Operates forklift, current forklift certification required. Inspects forklift before and after trips and submits report indicating forklift condition. Accurate loading of outbound shipments. Receives finished goods. Properly documenting and unloading inbound loads. Properly documenting any changes to the Bills of Lading. Transfer finished goods from production line to storage rack or transfer trailer. Proper documentation of product location movement. Maintain proper GMP conditions on loading docks and warehouses. Notify the Warehouse Supervisor of any discrepancies in the Bills of Lading. Understands and complies with truck loading procedures, including chocking wheels, correctly placing trailer stand and glad hand lock, as well as other aspects prior to loading or unloading trailers. Understands how to and uses corner boards, pallet straps, pallet inverters, and airbags correctly. Builds loads and/or pallets according to customer requirements. Lock and seal trailers. Clerical duties, including working in warehousing systems, e.g., SAP, and ILS. Assist with physical inventories. Routine GMP duties. Operates Floor Scrubber, Baler, Foamer, Pressure Washer, and other equipment in the normal course of completing duties. Maintain a clean work area. Train Lift Truck Operators Conduct daily business in a “self-directed” manner. Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management. Section 1: Position Summary The Distributions Associate will support the Loans and Distributions team to provide timely and accurate processing of distributions/loans. Will work closely with internal and external clients to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely manner and exceptions are resolved as quickly as possible. Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Timely and accurate processing of assigned disbursements (loans, terminations, hardships, etc.) Assist with reconciliation of 1099R records by researching and resolving discrepancies on payouts including applicable state and federal tax withholding, fees, etc. Partner with various trust companies, recordkeepers and internal departments to ensure participant checks are mailed timely. Also ensure all trust excesses are identified and invested or resolved timely. Timely and accurate reinvestment of un-cashed and/or voided distribution checks.
