This role involves performing various warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material storage. The successful candidate will ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities • Support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping. • Receive and put away manufactured products or raw materials. • Unload trucks, verify quantities received, and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using computerized warehouse management systems. • Perform cycle counts, assist with inventory control, and process materials for destruction as required. • Follow all applicable regulatory guidelines (OSHA, FDA, DEA, etc.) and maintain compliance with company policies. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area daily. • Ensure reliability by being on time and available for all scheduled shifts. • Collaborate with team members to achieve warehouse goals and maintain operational efficiency. • Demonstrate commitment to safety, quality, and integrity in all work processes. Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required. • 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred. • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS). • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation. • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, FDA, DEA) preferred. • Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude. Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move materials throughout the shift. • Manual dexterity required for handling products and operating warehouse equipment. • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions depending on the area of operation.
