About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Material Handler for our Louisville manufacturing facility. A Material Handler will help organize storage areas and maintain inventory. Your job will include moving pallets from our finished goods conveyor to storage locations, moving material from location to location to maintain organization, and fulfilling predominantly full pallet orders from storage locations. All this activity is done using a stand-up reach truck. Your job will also include loading trucks using a sit-down forklift and unloading and moving raw material using a sit-down clamp truck.

Many transfers require the use of full-body PPE, including chemical suits, gloves, respirators, and face protection. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as you will complete transfer logs, manifests, and inspection documentation that must be precise and compliant with regulations.

Physical Demands
A Material Handler can work in any range of environments including production, warehouse or outdoor environments where temperatures can range in excess of 100 degrees. Material Handlers are required to lift 50 to 75 pounds from the floor to over the shoulders on a frequent basis, up to a 12 hour shift. This position requires the ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and be in a standing or seated position for up to 12 hours on unpadded floors and requires maintaining three points of contact when entering/exiting the lift.
