Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipping and receiving for production material needs Ship domestic and international orders (intercompany, vendor, and customer) Pick and pack sales and production orders according to work instructions Ensure proper packaging for safe and economical shipment (including double boxing and palletizing) Process shipments through systems such as UPS, FedEx, and customer SAP portals Schedules, orders, receive materials and post packing slips and related data into the ERP system Perform general warehouse duties: picking parts, put-away, organizing inventory, cycle counts, and maintaining stock rotation Keep work areas clean and organized; maintain safety standards Collaborate with employees and departments to resolve shipping and packaging issues Follow all departmental work instructions Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required High School education or equivalent Familiar with Computer Skills (i.e.: Outlook, Microsoft Office, etc) Ability to physically perform the job including climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, etc. Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment Willingness to motivate and support others Ability to perform within a changing workload and/or priorities while meeting order schedules with quality results Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist and lift up to and including 30lbs. unassisted. Assistance must be used for any items over this weight. Assistance is always required for anything weighing over 60 lbs.
