Our REAL (Racial Equity in Academic Learning) HIT program provides individualized academic programs in high-priority DC schools. Our DC HIT programs last year produced excellent results at our partner schools, with an average of over 5 months of grade level progress per student. The goal of the program is to help students bring their foundational math skills up to grade level. We work closely with the math specialists at our partner schools to identify the correct starting levels and areas of opportunity in math for each student.
