What you will do as a Math Instructor / Tutor: Teach in-center using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes What we are looking for in a Math Instructor / Tutor: Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
