Familiarize scholars with individualized STAAR Online accommodations. One month prior to STAAR testing, gather approved supplemental aids and manipulatives that scholars use regularly in the classroom per IEP. Work cooperatively with classroom teachers to modify regular curricula and implement accommodations as needed to assist special education scholars with general education assignments. Conduct ongoing assessments of scholar achievement through formal and informal testing in the resource setting. Provide or supervise personal care, medical care, and feeding of scholars as stated in IEP. Collaborate with scholars, parents, and other members of staff to develop IEPs through the ARD Committee process for each scholar assigned.
