Pay rate is $25/hr. * Tutors are responsible for helping student to understand ELA and/or math subject areas. Assess and assist and encourage students in the learning process so students make academic achievement. Tutors review materials used in classes and explain various topics. Tutors answer all the issues and questions of the student regarding the topics. Job Requirements * Must be MA DESE certified. * Must be able to physically sit for at least one hour and participate in indoor activities. * Ability to work from school with a school device when in-person learning is occurring. * Support student learning based on student needs. * Provide progress reports three to four times per year. * Report student attendance weekly. * Attend pre-scheduled meeting in person or remotely depending upon the environment and pandemic concerns. * Bachelor degree and teaching license required. * Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
