About the Position of Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. About the Position of Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance, Service Managers must direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians and stage vehicle repair/maintenance work. While driving the sales initiatives of Mavis, Service Managers must communicate directly with customers, assess customer needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, ensure customers are satisfied with their in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.

ASSISTANT AUTOMOTIVE STORE MANAGER
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position and is hourly based upon needs of the business. The Assistant Manager is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in managing the operations of an automotive retail service and repair store to meet or exceed service standards and to achieve Monro's performance and profitability goals. This position is expected to ensure that all teammates deliver exceptional 5-Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions, as well as consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
Pay is competitive and based on experience! Earn $17 to $28 per hour
Responsibilities:
Schedule guest appointments for the most effective optimization of technician abilities in the efficient and timely completion of vehicle services/repairs
Help achieve Monro's sales goals by properly informing and recommending tire and service products and sales promotions.
Attend to all guest needs in areas of sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
Build guest relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Assist technicians in conveying repair and service needs to guests.
Ensure the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
Assist with inventory management to include the oversight of pulling of tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $19.00-35.00/hour based upon experience. There are additional incentives for this role based upon performance.
About the Role:
The Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The Technician is primarily responsible for conducting basic vehicle diagnostics and performing routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.

Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer's vehicles to conduct test drives.
Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro's tool purchase program.

About The Role:
The Assistant Manager role is a full-time position and is hourly based upon needs of the business. The Assistant Manager is a key holder for the store and serves as the manager on duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager, or when demand requires it. Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is seeking a Shop Service Technician to perform tire and tire-related services according to customer needs at our commercial service facility.
Responsibilities:
Works safely at all times, according to standards and policies of OSHA and TIA and complies with company standards and policies regarding safety and efficient performance of services.
Mounts, demounts, balances and repairs commercial and other tires and wheels at the commercial service center as directed by the manager or senior service technician.
Follows established procedures to inspect tires, vehicles and equipment before and after service, and notes other needed services; makes recommendations to the manager and/or customer.
Documents work performed accurately and according to company policy.
Provides highest level of customer satisfaction to establish long term customer relationships and enhance company reputation.
Operates company vehicles safely and according to company policies and procedures, and follows all federal, state and local laws regarding vehicle operations and safety.
Keeps work areas clean and organized, and uses all company property, vehicles, facilities, tools or equipment properly; notifies manager of need for repairs and maintenance, etc.
Performs other service-related duties such as wheel refurbishment and painting, tire foam fill, tire/casing receiving, moving and loading.
Performs other shop activities as assigned by the Commercial Service Manager or Senior Technician.
Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Prior tire service experience preferred.
Ability to lift 125 lbs.
Valid Driver's License with DOT medical card.
TIA certification required.

The distribution CDL A Driver is responsible for the delivery of tires, parts, supplies and equipment to customers for assigned territory which includes loading and unloading the truck. Adheres to internal controls, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for loading, delivering and unloading product to assigned accounts in the most efficient manner while complying with all the rules of the road.
Keeps a current and valid CDL A driver's license with a driving record acceptable to our corporate insurers and Loss Prevention Supervisor.
Responsible for accuracy of delivered product, accounting of customer payment, signatures and monies collected. Processes invoices accurately using the POS system.
Maintain current certifications and licenses in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Manage accurate records of customer returns for credit, including all related documentation.
Represent Sullivan Tire in a polite, professional manner at all times. It is imperative to treat all motorists as future Sullivan Tire customers.

Qualifications
