Medical Phone Scheduler Description:
Functions include providing knock your socks off customer service with every patient, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, scheduling, appointments, confirmation, working with insurance companies and scanning.
Medical Phone Scheduler Requirements:
Minimum one year previous call center service experience
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
Ability to prioritize and handle high call volume of patients
The ability to work in a team environment.
Strong computer literacy is a MUST
Working knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PACU nurse who is looking for a per diem position in a medical office OR environment in the Boca Raton area Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00am to 6:00pm. This individual must be a self-starter, multitask oriented, motivated, must be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure. You will also assist the physician and/or physician assistant with in-office procedures and surgeries. This will involve but not limited to the job function below.
Must be an RN and have 2-3 years of experience working in an OR & PACU setting.
1. Responsible for pre-op and post-op phone calls.
2. Oversee inventory, stocking and ordering of all OR supplies
3. Prepare the operating room for the patient by assembling supplies and instruments and proper functioning of equipment
4. Develops policies and procedures for quality care in the OR setting pre-op and post op.
5. Prior knowledge of know allergic responses and prescribed protocol (emergency drugs, asthma drugs, etc.)
6. Assess patient's condition and monitored post-surgical recovery
7. Maintain good rapport with other department, and within your own department.
8. Ensured stability of patient's vital signs and administered medication when appropriate.
9. Assist physician and/or physician assistant in exam rooms.
10. Assist physician and/or physician assistant with in-office procedures and surgeries.
11. Assures that appropriately trained personnel, equipment and supplies are available for all surgical procedures

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm position at our Miami office. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs.
Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Medical Assistant who is comfortable with in-office procedures, medical terminology, multitask oriented, motivated, able to handle a high volume of incoming patients, must be a self-starter and willing to learn all aspects of the ENT, Allergy and Audiology field.
Responsibilities:
Answering patient calls
Taking vitals
Obtaining authorizations
Scheduling diagnostic tests and surgery
Preparing exam rooms
Assisting the physician in exam rooms for procedures as needed (ie: wax removal, biopsies, surgical procedures, etc)obtaining proper consent and ensuring proper scope of practice is followed
Scribe
Cleaning and sterilizing instruments in accordance with CDC and ENTAAF guidelines
Provide briefing of each patient prior to physician entering the exam room
Requirements:
Minimum one-year HANDS ON Medical Assistant experience
Current with certification or willing to participate and pass our in-house 1 year commitment training course and national test
Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
EMR experience.
Strong computer literacy.
Bi-lingual is a plus.

Physical Demands: Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of medical equipment and office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Incumbent must also be able to assist patients in transferring from wheelchair to an exam chair, when necessary. Responsibilities may also require the incumbent to travel between ENTAAF offices for support purposes. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. We are seeking a strong, customer service oriented individual for a medical front desk position. This is for a full-time, Monday - Friday, 9:00-6:00 position at our Palm Beach Gardens location. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs.
Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an highly motivated individual who is multitasking oriented, motivated, able to handle a high volume of patients, phone calls and charts. Must be a self-starter. medical EMR, check in and check out experience is a plus and must be willing to learn all aspects of the ENT and Audiology field.
Responsibilities:
Providing superior customer service to all patients and guests
Answer multi-line phones.
Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in and obtain insurance information and any other necessary data.
Provide patients with intake and new patient forms as well as copies of our office policies and legally required documents.
Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
Insurance Verification
Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physician and PA/NP availability.
Maintain hard copy patient records as well as the files stored in our EHR.
Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and to help them schedule testing for off-site services.
Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year previous experience in a medical practice.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

The ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients.
The ability to work in a team environment.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
