Northwest Indiana private practice of ten is seeking additional radiologists due to the retirement of a few partners! Ideal candidates would be fellowship trained and proficient in all modalities (mammo is not required but is available). The group works out of two hospitals and one imaging center doing approx 500 cases per day (done by 7 rads as 3 rads are always off). Hours our 7-7:30 to 4-4:30 Monday Friday. Evening call is 2-3 evenings every 10 weeks and your work schedule is from home from Noon 11pm. There are two weekend schedules 6 weekend days every 10 days. (4 you work from home from 7-7:30 2pm and 2 you work from 2pm 11pm) all are from home unless you re called in for a procedure. You go into the hospital to clean up and then read from home until 11pm when nighthawk begins. Everyone must do general diagnostics when not doing their subspecialty. Mammo is not required.

**_Responsibilities_**
+ Responsible for regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly - program activities with the client.
+ Attend all program and client meetings, takes detailed meeting notes during client interactions and internal strategy sessions, ensuring all key points and decisions are documented.
+ Monitors all program's activities and IT projects associated with the program
+ Includes setting due dates and responsible parties
+ Follows up on action items from meetings, ensuring that responsibilities are clear, and deadlines are met

+ Solicit feedback from the activity/task owners on sub-tasks
+ Maintain up-to-date activity timeline, articulate progresses and delays

+ Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks related to program activities.

Onsite training required, but once training is complete, position can work remotely. As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service on all transactions and are responsible for communicating with customers including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. After training period, show proficiency and have documented competency with various applications, websites and functions.
2. Provide first-level support on incoming calls from internal and external customers using appropriate iCARE guidelines and skills taught in identified Customer Service training module.
3. Work Directly with Client Engagement Leadership as needed for escalated calls regarding complaints, complex issues beyond agent s scope, etc.

As an Installer you will support critical hospital operations through the installation of hospital equipment including sterilizers, lights/booms, utility connections that may be used various settings including operating rooms and sterile processing areas. Installers deliver the highest level of Customer satisfaction from installation through post-installation to ensure continuous care for hospital patients.
You will be required to travel within a designated territory to various installation sites via company vehicle or via air travel. Travel is typically booked 1-2 weeks in advance for project planning purposes. Your travel will be up to 50% overnight travel. This will include day trips, overnight trips, up to a week at a time. Your typical hours will vary depending on Customer needs. Overtime is common in this position but not guaranteed.

What you will do as an Installer
* Collaborate with Installation Project Manager to schedule product installation in coordination with equipment delivery, customer availability, and construction schedules.
* Prior to installation, verify rough-in dimensions and utilities are adequate to meet equipment specifications. Ensure doorways, elevators, and hallways are sufficient to allow equipment transport to installation site.
* Perform installation of STERIS products, including, but not limited to: uncrating; assembling; setting or lifting product into place; leveling; connecting utilities; and testing unit.
* Complete service documentation electronically.
* Ensure Customer satisfaction through post-installation activities to include disposal of all associated packing and shipping crate material, ensuring equipment is wiped down and fingerprints are removed, and addressing any questions/issues before leaving the site.

* High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of recent mechanical experience in a construction or HVAC installation/repair field or associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or similar degree, plus 1+ year(s) of related mechanical experience.

**What Performance Monitoring contributes to Cardinal Health:**
Performance Monitoring is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct quality reviews of Adverse Events submitted by staff before submission to client safety unit.
+ Conduct case audits to ensure correct process steps have been followed for the "patient journey"
+ Monitor calls and provide effective written feedback
+ Maintain knowledge of the client's program and product/service offerings.
+ Interpret and transcribe inbound and outbound calls from patients and health care providers.
+ Identify adverse events when monitoring calls.
+ Ensure documentation is in order following client regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**
+ HS Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience, preferred.

+ Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
+ Exceptional listening skills required.

Experienced mammographers or radiologists completing a fellowship in breast imaging are encouraged to apply. One of our largest hospital partners, Community Hospital Network, has a formal affiliation with MD Anderson Cancer Center. Our group has played an integral part in that affiliation, and the breast imagers participate in the multidisciplinary cancer teams and weekly tumor boards at all MDA-affiliated sites. Our breast imagers work closely with our breast surgeons and oncology teams on a daily basis. Workdays consist of breast imaging and breast biopsies. This telecommute role provides the ability for you to customize your schedule and caseload within a Monday - Friday work week and within business hours. Create a flexible work schedule and be compensated on a per case basis as a 1099 independent contractor. Candidates must have a NM license.
JOB SUMMARY: Relying on clinical background, reviews health claims providing medical interpretation and decisions about the appropriateness of services provided by other healthcare professionals in compliance with Concentra Physician Review policies, procedures, and performance standards and URAAC guidelines and state regulations
Responsibilities
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reviews medical files and provides recommendations for utilization review, chart reviews, medical necessity, appropriateness of care and return to work, short and long-term disability, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Group health and workers' compensation claims. • Meets (when required) with Concentra Physician Review Medical Director to discuss quality of care and credentialing and state licensure issues.• Maintain proper credentialing and state licenses and any special certifications or requirements necessary to perform the job.• Returns cases in a timely manner with clear concise and complete rationales and documented criteria. • Telephonically contacts providers and interacts with other health professionals in a professional manner. Discusses the appropriate disclaimers and appeal process with the providers.• Attends orientation and training• Performs other duties as assigned including identifying and responding to quality assurance issues, complaints, regulatory issues, depositions, court appearances, or audits.• Identifies, critiques, and utilizes current criteria and resources such as national, state, and professional association guidelines and peer reviewed literature that support sound and objective decision making and rationales in reviews.• Provides copies of any criteria utilized in a review to a requesting provider in a timely manner
Qualifications
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
* Board certified MD, DO, with an excellent understanding of network services and managed care, appropriate utilization of services and credentialing, quality assurance and the development of policies that support these services. -Current, unrestricted clinical license(s) (or if the license is restricted, the organization has a process to ensure job functions do not violate the restrictions imposed by the State Board); -Board certification by American Board of Medical specialties or American Board of Osteopathic Specialties is required for MD or DO reviewer. -Must be in active medical practice to perform appeals JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:Post-graduate experience in direct patient care JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: -Demonstrated computer skills, telephonic skills-Demonstrated ability to perform review services.-Ability to work with various professionals including members of regulatory agencies, carriers, employers, nurses and health care professionals. -Medical direction shall also be provided consistent with the requirement that the physician advisor shall not have a financial conflict of interest -Must present evidence of current error and omissions liability coverage for job duties and activities performed-Managed care orientation-Knowledge of current practice standards in specialty-Good negotiation and communication skills WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: -Phone accessability -Access to a computer to complete reviews-Ability to complete cases accompanied by a typed report in specified time frames-Telephonic conferences

This position has a hybrid schedule which will require to go to the South Bend's office Tuesday through Thursday and working from home Monday and Friday.
Job Overview
This position will be responsible for processing new contracts and amendments and setting them up for accurate invoicing and revenue recognition. They will manage a client load and be available to answer questions directly from clients as well as from other internal departments regarding the contracts and invoices for their assigned client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the monthly invoice process including posting and review of client invoicing.
Review and process contracts to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
Process monthly cancellations and issue necessary credits.
Perform maintenance on client accounts to realign services, change billing cycles and adjust current or future pricing.
Maintain a strong working relationship with clients both external and internal to ensure the accuracy of invoices and to serve as a resource when questions arise.
Qualifications
A high level of attention to detail to prevent and/or resolve existing billing issues timely and accurately.
Excellent phone and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize their work load, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, especially Excel, is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area is required with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $44,000 - $55,000 (annually). It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary we offer a competitive benefits package
