Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Auburn, AL, for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. The Mechanic will be responsible for repairing our fleet of machines as well as preventative maintenance of our fleet. Day-to-day tasks include fluid analysis, fluid changes, routine greasing, aesthetics of our fleet, proper diagnosis of our fleet and OEM maintenance. Additionally, the role will involve effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely diagnosis and repairs are met efficiently. If you can not drive for an in person meeting at our office or have an intelligent conversation in the English language then this job is not for you! Don't waste my time if your not a real mechanic!
Qualifications
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairs
Expertise in Computer systems and diagnosis
Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders or manufacturers reps
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze machine blueprints and specifications
Minimum 3 years heavy equipment experience
This will be an onsite Job located in Auburn, Al

Performs complex diagnosis of vehicles using computer systems
Fabricates and maintains emergency vehicle equipment
Completes services records for work performed, including documenting labor and parts utilized
Inputs, retrieves, and reviews task information and cost details
Diagnoses and repairs computer controlled electrical fuel injection and emission systems
Responds to emergency road assistance calls for disabled emergency vehicles and equipment
Performs preventative maintenance on vehicles
Operates specialized shop vehicles and equipment
Performs other duties of a similar nature or level
Compliance Statement
