Service Technician Responsibilities:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Service Technician Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience as an auto technician
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems.
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Clean driving record & valid driver's license

What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles including engines, transmissions, steering, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning systems
Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs, parts, and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Ensure all work meets the highest levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
What We're Looking For
A or B Level Technician with 5+ years of professional automotive experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards
Ford experience preferred
ASE Certifications preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
