The Medical Laboratory Technician position has primary responsibility for performing all laboratory testing in accordance with policies and procedures in an accurate and precise manner. The Executive Director is responsible for all aspects of the medical laboratory technician program and future programs as they pertain to the entry level programs on both the Gloucester and Cumberland campuses. This associate would be required to follow all safety guidelines to complete the detailed coating steps. Responsibilities: Prepare medical devices for coating per customer and quality guidelines. Measurement conversions required to complete part of this task. Arrange devices in the machine, monitor device movements throughout the machine process, unload devices and visually inspect for defects. Create labels and package the final product for shipment. Assist in resolving equipment issues alongside your team. Write coating procedures and/or other work instructions. Record materials used and collect data during the coating process.
