This role offers a consistent two\-day\-per\-week schedule during regular school hours and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a school setting. In this position, you will provide direct counseling and social\-emotional support to students, helping them navigate challenges that affect learning, behavior, and overall well\-being. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families, participate in IEP and problem\-solving meetings as appropriate, and assist with implementing targeted strategies and interventions. Your work will play an important role in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment. Requirements Previous experience in a school\-based role preferred. A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required.
